I'm Andrew Marsham, the founder of High Performance Health. I started my own fitness journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity. I struggled for years on my own trying to figure things out. Making countless mistakes along the way, trying dangerous dieting strategies and wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars running enthusiastically in the wrong direction. 4 years into my own fitness journey I hired a coach and made more progress in 4 months than I had in 4 years. That's when I realised the power of knowledge and wisdom. Professionally I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in. After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held. In 2018 I decided I was going to start my own fitness business. I spent nights and weekends gaining the necessary qualifications while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Fitness Coaching. I founded The High Performance Health Program and have bootstrapped our company the whole way. Today our team has 19 full time employees - which includes 9 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 190 years experience between us. We help executives get fitter, stronger & healthier using a science backed & data driven 1-1 online coaching program. We've helped 2,000+ clients since 2018. Our goal at High Performance Health is simple... Help busy executives get & stay healthy. The best form of cure is prevention. 5 weeks in so far with significant results
I’ve been with the program about 5 weeks so far and it’s been great. Colin has been my coach and has been great to work with - both from an accountability perspective and keeping me motivated as well as tailoring a plan that integrates strength training (especially with some nagging injuries), overall health goals and healthy eating. I’m down around 8 lbs and have definitely increased strength and mobility from the tailored workouts he’s provided. Very excited to see what the next few months brings in terms of results and looking forward to maintaining this regimen as a routine moving forward.

There are a lot of pseudo coaching apps and programs out there. Don’t be fooled by some AI bot or a generic program that appears tailored to your fitness and diet needs. The personalized touch & engagement with real coaches who incorporate your real-time feedback - and have an investment to walk this journey with you is what differentiates HPH! HPH helped me focus
Dropped 45 pounds in early 2024 but then stagnated for a year and wasn’t building strength or definition. Found it difficult to get over the hump to my ultimate goal. Joined HPH. Worked with coach to set my goal and put a plan in place. I am down 15 pounds with improved strength in just 6 weeks. Now, I am at my goal I set almost 2 years ago. Helps to be part of a group all focused on setting good habits every day. Highly recommend trying it out.

Working with Colin now for 3 months. Focus on high protein diet, flexibility & strength training and steps in short achievable components has been key to success. Colin has adapted my workouts to my schedule and weekly check ins have proven successful.

Been on the HPH program for about 2 months and its exactly what I was looking for. Turnkey program (everything laid out in detail) with flexibility for a busy life and accountability through a personal trainer. Not sure if they "match" you to your coach based off intake information, but my coach (Chris Young) has been phenomenal. Super responsive when I need to change something up or feedback because of work/travel, and a good balance of support and holding me accountable.

Solid Program and Trainer
I started with the HPH program about six months ago when I was coming off the holidays and realized I wasn't where I wanted to be in fitness and dietary wellness. My clothes weren't fitting the way I wanted them to and I lost that fitness confidence that I had in the past.
When I joined HPH, I was partnered with my trainer Kyle and he reviewed my diet and he set up a workout program tailored around my demanding work schedule. Kyle has been a phenomenal accountability partner and we discuss each week where my progress is and areas that require additional attention. He's regularly communicative and he's been a great balance of both encouragement and accountability (two things I've come to understand that I've needed).

Great experience overall. With a busy work schedule and young kids at home, I needed a tailored program that would keep me motivated and show results quickly. I’ve been working with Coach Kyle for 7 months. He understands my habits and time constraints. Whether it’s my diet or exercise, Kyle provides the accountability I need to stay on track. The app is easy to use and the communication throughout the week is great. I definitely recommend this program.

I started with HPH about four months ago and it has been nothing short of life-changing. The guidance and accountability provided by my trainer, Scott Storey, has helped me change personal habits and achieve goals that have filtered into the rest of my personal and professional life. I’ve really gotten a lot out of the program. It has brought structure and accountability to both my workouts and my diet. Kyle Patterson is a great coach and knowledgeable fitness expert. our weekly sessions have been very productive and worthwhile. I have been on the program 6 weeks
I have been on the program 6 weeks - down almost 10 pounds and have gained 5 pounds of muscle. My sleep is incredible. I have worked out about 4 hours a week plus the 8000 daily steps and some tennis and have been fairly consistent with the macros - not perfect. My coach Chris Young makes you feel like you are his only client despite being across an ocean. The program works really well if you are honest with yourself and follow it.
