Great customer service arch is great but it’s black and the bolts are silver.
Consider changing that

We ordered the Obelisk and it came in three days. We are thrilled with the quality, workmanship and artistic presentation. The assembly instructions were clear (and yes, it definitely takes two people to put together as suggested.) As we intended it has enough stature to fill a space between our neighbor's house and ours to provide some screening.

Purchased an obelisk from the warehouse. Absolutely love it. Color blends in with landscape- it is a brown / black mixture of color. Made to blend in. Shipped quickly. Box was on good condition. All pieces there as well as all hardware. Easy to follow directions. VERY sturdy! Highly recommend HPotter for a quality garden piece. They will be my go to from now on (first time I purchased from them).

I ordered two planters and one was damaged when it arrived. The outer box was damaged during shipping so it was not the company’s fault. I took pictures and sent the to Jerry Peed as per the letter that came with the planters. He got back to me in less than a half an hour! He assured me that there was another in stock and that it would be sent out immediately. It arrived in two days and was in perfect condition. It was the best customer service I have ever had.

Packaging was very secure, receipt was timely.

I have very tall/large rosebushes, and I needed something freestanding that wouldn’t fall over under their weight. I bought 2 of the three panel trellises to support them. These seem like they will stay upright and are very attractive. It did take 2 people to put them together because of their size and weight, but that indicates they are sturdy and not cheaply made. I appreciated the fast shipping too.

Everything was good . They just didnt have my email in correct so I wasn't getting the notifications but got in straight . Fast service and product is decent.
