Not best design for price
Service like delivery was great and fast. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about product itself. I have ordered inside foam for DJI Mavic 3 pro for hprc 2400 case. Design of this thig is really unfotunate, you are not able to put drone in with rear propellers they need to be removed, drone itself is moving inside case when it is closed as recess in foam is too deep. There is no dedicated space for 100w charger which will hold it firmly in place just generic oversized slot. Slot for RC pro do not have cut out for 5d button so you could ripp it of if you will by not careful. For this price point I woul expect much more. Simillar experience I had two years ago with Mavic 3 case where I sent my full feedback to hprc which they obviously ignored.

Zero service and zero sustainability
Recently I have purchased the 2550W case with a second skin lining. I have made this choice because of the high rating of products and service.
Unfortunately during my last trip there have been a few dividers that got lost.
In my contact with their service team I have requested instructions to purchase a set of new dividers.
I am amazed to write that they instructed me to purchase a complete new second skin lining (100€+!!!) for my 2550W case.
Zero service and zero sustainability .
They want me to buy something I am throwing in the trash for the most part to acquire a few new dividers. This company service is a joke and they don’t care at all about their customers.
Reply to HPRC:
You have offered me the complete second skin kit for a 40% discount on your website. That totals on 60€ for a few dividers and the rest of the skin kit goes in the trash. Amazing solution HPRC! Bravo!

Dear Paul,
we are very sorry you are not satisfied with our service. All our cases are lifetime guaranteed and we do promptly replace them in any situation mentioned in our general sales conditions. Unfortunately, lost is not included. However, our customer service provided you with the most accurate and the quickest support, offering you, as an exception, also a huge discount to meet your request. The kit of your interest is sold as a unique item, so the single dividers can’t be bought separately. The price is to a top-quality product. We take the occasion to inform you that now till August 6th there is a special promo on our webstore. If still interested in getting the product, feel free to contact our customer support at info@hprc.it. We would be glad to help you.
Camera insert
I ordered an insert for a camera case. It arrived quickly and is very good quality. My only negatives would be the lack of a UK distributor causing extra cost in import taxes, and I do think the product is highly priced in the first place. It will protect my gear well overall though.

Hi Wayne,
many thanks for your feedback. We are very glad that you are satisfied with the quality of our products and services.
Unfortunately, as Great Britain is located outside the European Union, transport and customs clearance costs are inevitably high. In the "Distributors and Dealers" section of our website hprc.it you can find the UK dealers closest to you. In the future, we suggest you check that section or contact our support team directly. They are always available and happy to help with any information you may need. We hope to have you back among our customers soon. Thanks again for your trust! Your HPRC Team
I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered
I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered by DHL. They’ve had it at the local distribution centre since Friday (Tuesday today), I payed the import fees Friday afternoon. There’s been no updates, and nobody to contact, their “help assistance”, is a machine and so that was a joke. No indication of what time it will arrive today. I’m sure the case will be great when it arrives. HPRC were super-fast in dispatching, DHL let you down.
