Brandon, Shine, Alex absolutely amazing at Lab11. They made me feel so comfortable and like the world didn’t matter. They had so much time for us! ☺️

I can’t thank Brandon and his medical team enough for the support and professionalism they showed when my friend and I needed urgent help. My friend, who is diabetic, had a bit too much to drink and started feeling very unwell. We were both scared and unsure of what to do, but the staff acted quickly, calmly, and with so much kindness.

They didn't just treat the symptoms—they made sure my friend was stable, monitored closely, observations completed and reassured us both every step of the way. Even though the situation was stressful, they never made us feel judged or embarrassed. Instead, they treated us with real empathy and took the time to explain what was going on what to expect and cared for us throughout.

Thank you for being so caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely human. We’re both deeply grateful, and I’d highly recommend this team to anyone in need of medical support.
