I love the apps
I love the apps. The only thing that I would suggest improving is the length of time it takes the program to load and to make the I9/W4 app more user friendly with a smart phone. I found it very difficult to navigate that app on the smart phone. I thought it was just me since I am not a millennial. But the millennials also had difficulty navigating on the smart phone.

The product is actually not useful…
The product is actually not useful enough for us to use. There are some features that are essential in my opinion that are missing. For example, we cannot add in additional values to the application form or pass in values from an external source. Also the product lacks export capabilities.
The purchase experience was adequate except that the materials do not describe the limitations of the product. The service/support was fine and responded quickly, but unfortunately this did not help with our concerns. This product seems better suited for incredibly small businesses and little else.

Its decent for the price
Description of what is provided in the package you are selecting is kind of misleading, there are a few of modules you need to purchase to get what you think you are getting from the description of one.
The application is not as customizable as it appears and there was some unexplained hiccup when I first linked to it and the questions were out of order and made no sense online.

Not usable for us but we're out $60 for it anyways
We already have the downloadable application from HR Direct but we thought the online application would better fit our needs. Within 5 minutes we knew it would not, they would not give us a refund even though we aren't using their app.

Apps work good
Apps work good, they save our business money. I had an issue with logging in and it got fixed by customer service.

1. Don't like the green holidays. We don't use all of them and would like to be able to change the box to normal.
2. Don't like that I can't make a holiday for all employees at once.
3. To navigate to another field is difficult. I tab through and the ones with the dates keep popping up the calendar and I cannot tell which field I am on.
We used to use HRcalendar and that was great but very expensive. Good thing we only have 11 employees. It was a pain entering the holidays

Your site freezes CONSTANTLY
Your site freezes CONSTANTLY! It doesn't matter what time of day or which computer I am logging in from, FREEZING!!!! If I could get a refund, I would opt for that and go back to the paper sheets. Also, when I called for assistance, whoeverI spoke with was incredibly rude!

I love the clean look of the apps
I love the clean look of the apps. They are intuitive and easy to set up. The one draw back I have, is not being able to extract employee data to create reports. If I was able to do this...5 star ratings and no complaints would follow.

We are using the application smart apps and they are working great for us. We are not using paper anymore and using only the virtual applications.

JUst what we needed!
We have been looking for an applicant tracking system for almost a year. Most of the systems that we looked at were costly, had more features than we would ever use, and were not user friendly. For a small business, where each staff member wears multiple hats, we needed a system that was easy to use and we were not charged for a lot of features that we didn't need. I had been on the internet reviewing systems but didnot find HRdirect Smart Apps until last week. After reviewing the videos, I immediately purchased the apps. The fact that you can purchase only what you need was the deciding factor for our company.

Very Unsatisfied
The demo video posted on YouTube does not give too many specifics. In order to find out that this app isn't very efficient for my company, I had to purchase not one but two of them. My company has PTO, Vacation and Sick time. When purchased, that's when I found out I was only able to choose one. Because that doesn't work for all of our employees, I contacted Customer Service to ask about maybe a discount to purchase the other and the answer was no, no leniency, just no. So I purchased two and started entering in my employees and then their PTO/VAC/SICK hours and found that it doesn't accommodate our anniversary date reset. It's only useful if the employee's anniversary date is at the beginning of a month or the year. I again contacted Customer Service about a refund and their answer was no, no refunds. This is a terrible way to treat customers especially since it's not explained on the demo.

The HRdirect Smart App is slow sometimes. I also wish that you could place a comment or note on each applicant's record. For example, if you rejected them, you could put a note as to why they were rejected. Also, on the print-ready application, the font is very small. It would be nice if we could enlarge the font to be read easier. It would also be nice if we could upload our company logo to our online application to help with branding.

For the most part they are easy to use…
For the most part they are easy to use but I wish they would all "talk" to each other. Be nice to look in one place and have all of the information there instead of going to each app separately.

Your application app works well
Your application app works well. It is easy to edit the application and still remain compliant. The only issue we are having is to add-on additional users. We have requested assistance from HRdirect with little guidance.
