Made another purchase and as seamless as the first

The digital key worked perfect without any issues.

I purchased a Battlefield 6 EA activation key from this company using their crypto payment option. They mention that delivery could take 5-45 minutes if paying with cryptocurrency, but after 15 hours, I still hadn’t received my activation key. My order showed as "unpaid" on their website, despite receiving a payment confirmation from the gateway and seeing the transaction on Etherscan.

I contacted their support team multiple times via chat, email, and support ticket, but all I received was a generic automated response:
“We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We are investigating this issue. Please wait, and we will get back to you soon.”

This was extremely frustrating, as I couldn’t get any clear updates or resolution. After over 24 hours, they finally provided an activation code, but it didn’t work. It showed as "already redeemed" when I tried to use it through the EA app. They asked me to provide screenshots and contact EA support, but the EA Origin app is no longer in use and has been replaced by the EA app. The instructions they provided were outdated, which only added to the confusion.

Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The company was quick to take my payment but failed to deliver the product in a timely manner and provided an unusable activation key. Their customer support is slow, unhelpful, and not responsive enough to resolve issues effectively.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I never faced any problem

I bought a split fiction key from them as a secret santa gift, but once gifted and redeemed yesterday it was invalid. The customer support response was slow and poor initially, with ridiculous suggestions trying to make me go to EA customer service, etc.. even though it was them who sold me the faulty key. It took them 3 days to sort this out, at which point they realised they not provide me with the full key- there was a letter missing at the end. The key now works but it was a headache to sort out and dealing with their customer support was frustrating.

Purchased a defective key that produced an error saying it had been returned, please contact who gave you this. I contacted HRKgame.com who responded within 10 mins. It's now now 4 days later and no resolution, no key or refund. Only generic response saying they are dealing with my issue. I bought the Black Ops 7 key as it's on sale everywhere right now and the sale will end before I can purchase elsewhere. I had used HRKgame before without issue, but this is ridiculous. You are meant to be able to get a refund if reported within 24 hours and I responded within half an hour of the issue providing all requested information. Buyers beware of falling into the same trap.

Avoid – Endless "support" loop with no resolution. I purchased a game key that arrived invalid/non-functional. I contacted support immediately, but instead of a refund or replacement, I’ve been asked for endless screenshots over and over again. It feels like a stalling tactic to avoid fixing the issue. Do not buy from here unless you want to waste your time and money.

Sold me a duplicate key for Escape From Tarkov and are refusing to give me a refund.

This is literally my go to website whenever I wanna buy any game. I first search on hrk, and most of the time they have a really good discount.
I use my credit card for payments and never had any issues. Haven't tried other payment methods.
