I got my game code, without any issues and with good price. So far last times i bough from HRKGame didn't have any problem and i am pretty sure if i do, support will help.

I purchased a game on March 24th, Death Stranding 2: On The Beach Deluxe Edition. The key did not work on steam, and I contacted Steam to see when the key had been used, to have my receipts. Steam said the key I purchased had been used the morning before, at 2 AM. My purchase was at around 12:40 PM EST, and i began to contact support at 12:44 PM.
Their support asked me for four images: One of the steam correspondence, one of my current library activations, one of me showing the key didn't work, and one with the key in the box, before activation attempt. For some reason.
Anyway, I provided all of these, and they got back to me THREE DAYS LATER, saying they needed uncropped correspondence from steam, even though my original image showed my email address (identical to the one i used with HRK) and the key in question. Sure, whatever, I'll bite.
I sent them the image, then someone got back to me on March 28 with the following message:
"Hello
We've collected the required evidence and submitted it to the publisher for review. They are currently investigating the case. If your claim is confirmed, we'll proceed with the refund process accordingly. Please stay patient while we wait for their response, and make sure to keep your footage available in case it's needed. The process may take between 24 to 72 hours. Please be assured and kindly wait, we will notify you as soon as it is completed.

Thank you for your patience."
It is now April 3, and while I pinged them April 1, at then 96 hours since the last correspondence, I have received no response back. I have been scammed out of ~$70 US, avoid this site like the plague.

The experience was great! Quick and easy, they are my most trusted game key shop!

It was incredibly useful and cheap, but it wouldn't let me add multiple of the same thing to my cart, so I had to go through 3 different transactions to get 3 of the same key, which was really annoying

Incredible that this site has any positive reviews. I purchased a key on 3/26. Money was taken immediately, and then although the webpage says you receive the key "immediately", I was met with a message that it would be available within 2 hours. Order was marked as complete in my account, but no key ever made available even 3 days later, no order found when clicking the "view game" link. Reached out to support on 3/27, no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

They give me a global key. But the key is region locked to my country, and they do not refund it. Do not buy to this site!

Needed a key for Windows 11 and after having bought 5 fakes, I went to HRK, which I should have gone to in the first place. Best price, no disappointments. Easy.

I bought a Steam game from them and the key they gave me had already been used. I sent a tech support request and they replied with info they wanted. I sent them the info they requested and then their tech support ghosted me - no new key or no refund. Would not do business with them again.

Their customer service is excellent: they always respond quickly and are very friendly; though I must admit that the refund process for keys that don't work leaves something to be desired compared to that of other key-selling websites, such as Eneba or Kinguin.

Feedback to the answer from HRK:
If it was a technical error on your side, why can you not honor the customers purchase anyway? This would be true customer service and not just putting the error of your platform on the customer.

Additionally, I do not think this was a "technical error" and It leaves the impression that the discount was simply too high for them to honor.

The first answer I received from the customer support "Linda" reads: we have good news! Your refund has been processed and successfully returned to your PayPal account. We hope this resolution has met your expectations and that you are satisfied with the outcome.

I did not ask for a refund. You just refunded me with a press of a button and not due to a technical error. The explanation of a technical error only came up well after it all happened. This just seems to be an excuse not to honor the purchase I made.

--> Instead of writing in your answer, that you care for good customer service, how about showing good customer service and giving the customer what he paid for. <--

I just bought a game on a discount and I guess the discount was to steep for them. (Keep in mind that they chose the price to sell the game for)

When I asked for the missing activation link they just gave me a refund without me even asking for it.

After mentioning this to support they just write "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, we have processed a refund for your order.
please don't purchase for now ."

Nice to know, that they might just reverse any payment if they feel like it without any explanation.

I had an issue with an order where no key was provided, opened a ticket. within 1hour max I got the money back.

I bought a key that I concerned the most, and it works. So you deserve 5 stars.

Unlike another seller, which I give my 1 star review not long ago, the descriptions didn't match the product. That one really sucks , and support was useless, not refundable in the way you paid them.

HRK Game offers game keys of various platform at a very cheap rates because of the sales they put on games so its a very good thing to do for a site to grow more.I recently discover this gem of a site and about to make purchase later.All in all a great site to get game keys at a affordable price.The site offers much more but i wish we could buy gift cards with wallet as well it would be a great feature. Nonetheless a great site.

Offers great discounts to some games. My only beef is that claiming the key took a little more than I anticipated, they could improve that.
