Have an order since mid August placed
Have an order since mid August placed, have emailed numerous times since requesting an update on shipping. No replies or updates forthcoming. Very poor customer service. I know items can be delayed at the moment, but being ignored is not good form. Waiting patiently

Amazing within 20 minutes of this review I have received a response. This poor review could have been easily avoided if information on products stock levels are updated on website and more importantly replying when a customer seeks an update on delays within 48 business hours

Due to a delay at the supplier, these filters are temporarily out of stock.
The new delivery is not expected until early October.
