I don’t really write reviews but genuinely thought to myself the company I used was awesome. Prior to installation of the windows Harvey came down with the engineer and took the measurements, then emailed me a quotation. He also provided me with different options and what would best for my needs. The windows come with a 10 year guarantee as well. He advised me what days would be best for the installation and we stuck to that date. On the day of the installation his team came and were super friendly. The work was neat and tidy and didn’t make a mess and cleaned after themselves. Once the job was fully completed Harvey was at hand to do a final inspection on each and every window asking is everything as I expected? I would highly recommend this company. I have already spoken to Harvey and advised I will be sending his details over to my family members who are looking to get there windows and doors done. I would highly recommend using Harvey and his team. First class service and very competitive prices. 😊

My experience with this company has been utterly disappointing. Despite his constant rhetoric about being a small family business focused on the customer, my experience was quite the opposite.
I decided to trust him to replace my windows but the installation was a complete disaster. Some windows don't even close properly, and the wind easily passes through the corners. When I tried to reach out to them to fix the issue, he kept postponing the repair date and eventually stopped responding to my calls and messages. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a disappointing experience with this company who handled the replacement of all windows and external doors in our home. Despite their initial promise to include the main door replacement at no extra cost and to issue a Fensa certificate, we faced challenges post-payment. Efforts to obtain the promised guarantee and certificate were met with no response. Additionally, an inspection by another company revealed that three windows were fitted with standard glass instead of the specified toughened glass. We tried to reach them via calls, messages and WhatsApp but they never replied. And after months chasing them, they only contacted us to delete the review...

Sunny worked at my place, putting in two beautiful custom aluminum French doors, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. He was always on time and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. Sunny gave a fair quote and went the extra mile to meet my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend his services!

Extraordinary workmanship and unparalleled customer service - Sunny and team did a full set of windows in my flat in central London. The flat was on a top floor so most window companies hesitated or quoted very high. Sunny gave a reasonable price and was not deterred by the floor level. He and his team installed the windows within a short time frame with exceptional skill and patience. More to the point they are perfectionist. They came back again to check I was happy with everything going into ever detail. Plus as part of Fensa ( the regulatory body ) they will also provide a Fensa guarantee and a separate 10 year guarantee for the window. I am a happy customer for life and would highly recommend to anyone I know. They also do wardrobes and kitchens I figured later so I may be set for life.
