Working in a kitchen
It was a very well presented guide to food safety with interesting graphics which enhanced the learning experience and kept me focused. I would have liked some written guidelines as a summary and aide to memory to take away at the end however.

Food Safety Level 2
Good illustrations of the teaching modules coupled with the written script.
A very informative insight into food hygiene and food safety.
The voice over gave encouragement to the student when reminding them that they have almost completed a certain module and when they were close to finishing and obtaining the certificate.
It would be useful to know what percentage score was attained.
