I was very impressed with the customer…

I was very impressed with the customer service. When the first bra didn’t fit they sent me another of a different size. The bra itself is well fitting and supportive which is what I was looking for. It also has a minimizing effect which is also what I wanted.

Nice pretty bras

I like the bras I got very much. I used the website fitting tool and it said I was 34C, which I thought was too small, but I trusted the tool. It was wrong about me, and I should have known better because I'm 36C and I also have grown into a 36D. I had to ask for replacements. Dealing with customer service was a little strange, I had a little difficulty finding them, but once I did, they got right on it, and immediately sent me replacements that I'm happy with.

Very good customer service & products

pros and cons

I got my stuff fast, and for cheap. They cater to the larger bra sizes. I think the only real issue they need to work on is their exchange process, more specifically there email response time as it had taken them over a week to reply. Other than that they were understanding and willing to help with any problems

I have not received my order and have…

I have not received my order and have reached out several times with no success. I paid for my merchandise a month or more ago. The company has poor business tactics and I will continue to leave a negative review until my issue is resolved .

Never Again

I ordered a bra on 14th September and on the 19th, USPS notified me that Hsia hasn't paid for the postage and they wouldn't be able to deliver. Once they responded - 5 days later - Hsia blamed an update at USPS, but I know my postal carrier, and that doesn't appear to have been true. Hsia offered to re-send the bra, and 14 days later, it's out for delivery. From order to delivery, it's been almost a month.

They shifted blame, were so slow to respond I nearly reported them for fraud, and then showed no urgency whatsoever to correct the problem. This was both my first and last order.

I never received my product when I checked the tracking the United States Postal Service reported it as a counterfeit shipping label. I am waiting to hear back from customer service to see if I can get a replacement or a refund.

You can't be serious

Good bras and great customer service

The bras themselves are very nice but what I find most amazing is the customer service. I reached out for an exchange and it was handled amazingly. Though the sizing guidelines lead me to choose the wrong size, I was able to get well fitted garments with a little back and forth messaging. Everything was clear and easy!

ORDER NOT RECIEVED!!

I ordered from your website but it cannot be delivered due to a postage payment that has to be made by HSIA.. please make the payment so I may receive my package !! Attached is the usps message on the tracking website “USPS has not received a postage payment for your item. As of September 21, 2025 at 10:32 pm, it is being held awaiting payment and cannot be processed. If the postage is received, the package will be delivered to the recipient; otherwise the package will be considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered.”

Fool-proof confidence boost!!

This is the first set of nice bras I ordered after having my two children and I was super nervous about finding the right fit since my body had changed so much. After measuring completely wrong the first time, I was able exchange and they allowed me to try on TWO different sizes to make sure I got the right fit. I am so grateful for the kindness of the HSIA and their willingness to help every step of the way. I am extremely happy and feel 100% more confident when I go out, knowing the fit is not only correct, but actually flattering!
