If i could leave a ZERO star I would. As so many others have said. They took my money for a chest of drawers and nothing arrived. No response to my emails or online form. Attempted calling but the number is someone else’s. Google needs to shut this down! Complete scam.
Total scam paid for furniture never dispatched phone number belongs to somebody else taking them to small claims court
This is a scam company - I dont even know that it is operating but its website is there offering products and accepting money for them but nothing arrives... I ordered a rug early Dec 2023 and despite sending emails to the company, have had no response/reply and now into Jan 2024 no rug! They should be prosecuted for stealing which is what they are doing and I will be taking legal action.
AVOID. Paid for my item and have had nothing arrive. Have ignored all of my 5 emails, no customer service to ring. I am reporting the 'company'.

I ordered a mirror which was faulty, they replaced it no problem. When the second mirror was also faulty they wouldn’t accept the return. They wouldn’t respond to my phone calls, text messages, website contact form, or to my emails.
I eventually got my money back - but only through my banks charge back scheme.
