I received today the two chairs that we had on order. We brought the chairs from the letchworth branch. One being a riser/recliner and the other being an armchair. The whole experience has been easy and trouble free. A great shopping experience, no pushy salespeople. They were delivered by Jason and Ashley, placed in our lounge with no fuss. Thank you to everyone involved.
Melissa was very helpful in the Wellingborough branch. After looking around for a lay flat chair where the footrest is elevated more than the persons heart. There is no universal way to sell, but like taking a pool or snooker shot, it's best to take a pause before the final shot. Selling someone something that they will have for their comfort requires a pause. Melissa is part of a great team. Thank you , Melissa as there is no more looking around for us.
I am disappointed with my £2000 chair. The fabric looks worn and spoilt after only six weeks. The company calls it 'crushing' and won't accept any responsibility. They said, "It's in the small print" and so it is, but the high pressure sales in the showroom don't say, "Read the small print." They want an order and my money.
the answer for all customers is read the small print in your contract before signing and question whether the fabric you have chosen is subject to unsightly 'crushing'.
I had stressless chair delivered yesterday and very happy with it the delivery men so good nothing was not to much trouble. The HSL shop in ipswich were very good and the lady's that del with my chair were very good and good at there jobs.
It failed to add my Master Card on the HSL app, when I was at the airport. So I had to buy a paper ticket at the HSL-machine. The next day it worked on the app.
Discrimination on highest level from these racist ***** horrible vompany who claim foreigners aren't allowed to use their app...beyond the pale when a company in a country that paints itself as non discriminatory carries out this kind of BS!!!
