Great service
Had to explain that my mum was in hospital, so needed an hours notice so I could meet them, Paul and Jon called me and gave me a time. They arrived at that time, brilliant, very pleasant and friendly guys ,quick efficient service very happy with the service.

New rise & recline chairs for me and my husband.
We visited the Blackpool store and found the perfect chairs for us. We got a call a few weeks later advising that our chairs were ready for delivery. We agreed a date with an afternoon slot. Today was that day and Craig & Danny arrived after phoning us to say they were close by. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Our new chairs were brought into our lounge carefully and positioned where we directed. Craig & Danny were polite and Courteous whilst putting our new furniture together and positioning it accordingly. Appropriate advise was received about the care and attention to the new chairs. A cleaning kit was provided along with an introductory pack. We were also shown exactly how to use the new chairs.
On the whole HSL and their staff did an excellent job when serving us in shop and subsequently on the phone and finally with Craig and Danny when they delivered and set up our new chairs. It has made my day that I finally can easily get out of a chair without help from my husband. 10/10 for Craig & Danny from HSL.
