HSL Chairs - Chester Reviews 

Very good service, we went to the Chester branch. We dealt with the manger and someone who was training. After deciding which we were having, we then went home to make sure it would all fit.
We returned the next day to confirm each had a coffee and a good sit around to make sure everything was as we like.
At no time did we fell rushed.

The store is very inviting and the room layouts with the sofas and chairs are inspirational. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Jo was our Comfort Specialist and was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the company. A cup of coffee is a lovely touch as choosing the right chairs and sofas and upholstery is not a quick process! The range of furniture HSL offers is really good - and surprising if I’m being honest! The brands they have at the store were another surprise- in a good way. All in all a very nice experience.

Delivery arrived before 11 am, with a telephone call giving me an ETA of 20 minutes. The delivery men were Craig and Jed. They helped move a heavy easy chair out of the way for the new fireside chair, which I'm very pleased with. Very smart and comfortable.

We dropped into HSL on the way to DFS and we ended up buying a sofa there at HSL . Linda from the Chester store helped us. She was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, not at all pushy but available and a delight to be served by. She is a credit to your company and we may well be back to order some more sofas very soon.

Excellent from start to finish, after visiting many different furniture stores the new HSL store in Chester was on a different level, lots of choice Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgable with no pressure, the sofas arrived in the given timescale and Lee & Carl F from the delivery team were excellent and a credit to HSL

Amazing service from Margaret at HSL. She was very friendly and patient, and made it easy for me to explain exactly what I needed. The bed is great quality, the new showroom is lovely, and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. A really pleasant experience – highly recommended!

I have been looking for a new sofa/s for a few months now and an occasional chair, I had seen the advert for HSL on TV and thought I would give it a go, I visited the store and was really surprised at the ranges both modern and traditional look, it is a new store on the retail park, very well laid out and very clean and tidy, spent quite a while with Richard the Manager who was very knowledgeable, and very helpful, had a lovely Hot Chocolate as well, by the time I had finished I had picked exactly what I wanted from their Italian range, looking forward to it being delivered in a few weeks, would not hesitate in recommending Richard and his team to all my friends, a very enjoyable experience 10/10

We were welcomed warmly and Richard assisted us in a most professional manner.
He explained in great detail our options and this helped in our decision to buy the two chairs.
Brilliant throughout the process.

Vikki was very helpful and patient with me, taking time to try all the different sizes and types of recliners. Also, very helpful with the different types of fabric, there were so many. I’ve shopped elsewhere for furniture, but HSL have a excellent furniture. I bought several about ten years ago and it’s still going unlike furniture from else where.

Vikki was brilliant. Helpful, knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. She was only too happy to give us space to explore the showroom.
The products were fully explained and demonstrated. Her approach to customers was very professional and friendly.

The lady at the shop was very supportive, explained everything and didn’t rush me. Very thoughtful and had respect for me and my age so I understood everything .
What would be nice if the delivery people would wear carpet show protectors so not to bring in any outside dirt.

It was the excellent way I was treated and the options open to me.

We visited the Chester HSL shop,was made very welcome, lovely staff offered us tea or coffee.We explained what we needed in a recliner chair Rachel who assisted us was very helpful,informative not pushy at all and helped us find the right chair for what I needed.She gave us an information booklet worked out a price.
We returned a few days later and ordered the chair.
Within 5 weeks on Tues 23rd Sept the chair has been delivered.Thanks to Paul and Jon deliverey men, who were very polite,assembled the chair very quickly, tested,and was very informative. My chair is so comfortable,well made,I am very pleased with my purchase. Thankyou! HSL team
