I had a fantastic experience with Charlie at HSL on London Road Glasgow (within Sterling). She really took the time to understand what I needed because of my disability, was thorough throughout, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. The difference this new seating will make to my comfort and daily life is huge. Charlie’s care and attention made the whole process easy and reassuring — couldn’t recommend her enough! I’m truly grateful for Charlie’s professionalism, empathy, and dedication throughout the process.

I made 2nd trip to HSL new store outlet inside Sterling furniture London Rd Glasgow.
I was met by Kerr comfort specialist. I was immediately impressed with his customer service also indepth knowledge of furniture I wanted to purchase new sofa. Kerr spent lot time telling me benefits of each type sofa also took him time going through all swatches of materials I could have. No hassle no sale pressure I would certainly recommend this furniture store as nothing is a problem staff very attentive. I left having purchased my sofa in material of my choice can't wait for delivery!
