Fabulous
Such a positive all round experience, from speaking to the team in the Ipswich branch over the phone, to visiting the store and dealing with their friendly, accommodating staff, right through to the delivery and assembly of the sofa (thanks to Raymond & Armani).

We visited the Ipswich showroom as I needed a new chair for my recent back and neck issues. I found Lucy and the staff very helpful and friendly. They helped me choose the right chair for me with no pressure. We were also given coffee/tea and biscuits which was very nice of them. I went back a few weeks later to order the chair and again they were all extremely helpful, especially when I found another chair that was more suitable for me than the original. Nothing was too much trouble

Following reporting a problem with my Riser/Recliner chair Yesterday Technician Simon came to repair my it,
After 2 previous technicians came to sort out the problem and didn’t
Thankfully Simon to the rescue he was very thorough, professional and genuinely wanted to get the problem sorted. After replacing absolutely everything and running the chair through its routine 3 times to make sure it was working correctly. 10/10 Simon

Ordering the chair was made very easy…
Ordering the chair was made very easy in the Ipswich shop by the staff who made sure I was getting the correct size. Had delivery today by Martin and Jack who were a breath of fresh air - friendly and chatty. Made sure I was able to use the functions properly before the left. Very polite. Well done HSL

Martin and Jack texted the day before and called 30 mins before they arrived. They did everything exactly when they said they would, and made the delivery very easy. They showed us how everything worked and we were super happy with the service. Thanks HSL.
