Very personal, friendly service. They did a home visit and took the time to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the chair

We visited the Milton Keynes store on the 23rd and was served by Julie. She’s was really helpful, caring and attentive. I didn’t feel at all rushed or pressured with my purchase. She also explained everything very well. Thank you very much Julie.

I was looking for a new bed. In the showroom all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Julie was the member of staff that took me on and was very helpful and explained in understandable terms all about the beds.

This was our second purchase from HSL's Milton Keynes showroom. We were so pleased with the fireside chair we bought for my wife a couple of years ago that we decided to get a matching one for me.

Sales staff were lovely and there was no pressure, with plenty of time for me to try the different sizes and styles for comfort. Also tea and biscuits while we were left undisturbed to make our decision.

Five weeks later, we received a call offering us a choice of delivery slots for the new chair. As promised, we had a call from the delivery team (Alex and Asad) when they were about half an hour away. The guys worked quickly and efficiently to bring the chair in and complete final assembly. Couldn't fault either of them - smart and tidy with a professional approach.

Overall very pleased indeed.

The staff were extremely helpful, I struggle with my knees so Annette made sure the chair fitted perfectly. Explaining how the rising part of the chair worked and got me to try for myself. My 2 granddaughters 9yrs commented to us about how nice she was plus they got tea and biscuits.

We found Julie at the Stacey Bushes branch to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful while purchasing one of your chairs. Julie’s knowledge of
the products was extensive. The coffee was enjoyed too, thank you Julie!

Karen was so welcoming and friendly. Courteous throughout the appointment didn’t rush us explained everything really well with different options and fabrics to choose from. Really brought the chair to life when a colleague brought out a large piece of the fabrics we liked to show use. Fantastic service . Customer was Denise Hince

We contacted HSL due to the good reviews and personal recommendations.
Everyone was polite and helpful. Everything went well we placed an order and look forward to the delivery.

Visited HSL Chairs Milton Keynes today and met Lynda who took me through the process of making sure I was suited to the correct type of chair for me. I also needed to buy a bed also a sofa.Again Lynda gave me good advice and helped me make a correct decision to buy the items, very professional, very knowledgeable.

Very good experience visiting our local store - sales assistant was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We needed small chairs and a matching sofa, and were able to try out a wide range before choosing the ones we wanted. We got a great deal on price too. The delivery team (Chris and Terry) were great too - knowing that I needed to travel a distance to take delivery, they rang me well in advance to confirm a time so that I had time to get there, but wouldn't need to hang about too long waiting for them. Much appreciated in the current cold weather! Altogether a very positive experience.

I visited the HSL store in Milton Keynes and was helped enormously by Hilary, who was kind, patient and explained everything to me in great detail. I had decided upon one chair and Hilary had nearly finished all the paperwork, then I changed my mind and bought a different one. All the way through she encouraged me to ensure I was making the correct purchase for my size and particular back issues.

The delivery team, Martin & Leon were fantastic. Friendly & professional.

Utterly appalling "service". My elderly mum paid in full for a recliner and an armchair. No recliner delivered. Recliner needed as mum is very elderly and lacks mobility. 7 weeks on, no contact unless initiated by me, empty promises by Olivia, alleged manager. Promised update calls, promised delivery of missing chair. Nothing. Do not use HSL. If o could give 0 stars I would. This company has no regard or respect for its customers. I will now be seeking a full refund and collection of the one chair that was delivered.
