So happy with the furniture .. this is my third order the quality and service is wonderful. Ros from the Orpington store helped us make our purchase & it was a very good all round experience. Jason & Ashley were great on the day of delivery efficient & very courteous. Thank you HSL .

Deliverers, Jason and Ashley, were first class, efficient, courteous, very friendly and on time. Must be recommended!

The delivery people arrived early, they phoned to let me know,they , were very helpful, taking my old chair out the front and loading it in my car so I could take it down the rubbish dump.
Then brought the new chair in and then went through the controls. They were very pleasant. They were not in a rush.

Visited Orpington branch for information on Leather sofas and chairs.
I saw Christine who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very pleased with our new chairs. They are high quality and very comfortable, delivered very professionally by Ashley and Jason. Would recommend HSL to anyone looking for good furniture.

We visited the showroom in Orpington and were pleased to be met by Ros who expertly guided us through the various options available to us. She was absolutely brilliant both in her approach and knowledge of the products. At no time did she pressure us into buying, rather she showed us various options and, having served us with coffee and biscuits, left us to discuss our thoughts. Thanks to her we found exactly what we needed and ordered straight away. An excellent service and would thoroughly recommend a visit to the store.

Patient and helpful staff in the showroom. Delivery quicker than we expected. Delivery staff pleasant, patient and helpful. Furniture was delivered well protected.

My mum is in her 80s and came in to find some more comfortable chairs for their living room. She was helped by Ros and was very happy with Ros's help and customer service. Would highly recommend.

I visited your Orpington branch looking to purchase 2 chairs. I received excellent service from Ros, who once I had chosen which chairs I wanted took her time to explain all the different features I could have on them, she showed me the fabrics that were available. I was able to take my time without being rushed into making a decision, over a nice cup of coffee and a biscuit.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

I have just placed an order at the Orpington store having visited 4 times before I had worked out what I wanted. All the Orpington staff are extremely helpful and I would mention in particular Christine who has helped me throughout in a professional and helpful manner.
One minor gripe . Having placed my order I was then charged another £60 for delivery which would be attached to all orders. So why not include it in the price .

We have today received a Stressles chair ordered from the Orpington branch less than a week ago. Jon the salesman was very helpful and the delivery team were very efficient too.
Very pleased with the chair so altogether a good experience.

"Ros" was a pleasure to deal with. She was very knowledgeable. informative and helpful in making a decision in choosing a suitable riser/ recliner.
Would have given 5 stars, but thought HSL price was quite high ( obviously beyond Ros' control).

We visited the Orpington store on 19th June. We were met by Jon who proceed to show us the chairs that we asked for. There was a lot of choice. He was polite, knowledgeable and gave us time to think about our choices. Not at all pushy. Overall it was one of the better sales experience we have encountered.

This is the second purchase from Orpington store and yet again the service was brilliant! Ros was just great again, like an old friend and so very patient. She explained everything, no rush, and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Ros!

I bought a sofa bed so must also mention Jon who showed us how to pull the bed out and he also supplied a couple of pillows so my daughter and I could try it out, fantastic. Thank you.

Ordered a chair from HSL and went into the Orpington branch and tried many. I found the super petite as recommended comfortable. Had the chair delivered in February and it was like sitting on a park bench, so much so it triggered sciatica symptoms. I did take this up with the credit card company but they failed on this occasion. Just need to advise people that what you try in the showroom is not what you get delivered. Please be careful.

We visited the HSL showroom and enjoyed excellent customer service from Jon who was thoroughly helpful from receiving us to completing our purchase of two Stressles chairs. A calm, pleasant showroom and some excellent furniture collections with very detailed explanations from Jon. An overall very good shopping experience.

Can I just say how nice the team in the HSL Orpington are Christine looked after my parents while Jon looked after my aunt, and the other lady( i have forgotten her name) supported them both.
If you are looking for some assisted seating furniture and beds you won't find anywhere better.

They also have a new very stylish range that caught my eye.
