Very helpful and explained how to use it and where battery go

Paul & Ciaron were my delivery drivers today. I had an estimated time given about 20 minutes before delivery.
They were both very friendly and explained everything to me in full detail.
Excellent service received.

Cannot fault excellent service from Lynn at HSL Rotherham.Also full marks to Christian and Terry for their driving and delivery skills in reaching our property! WELL DONE.

From the moment we entered their Rotherham showroom to leaving 2 hours later we were made most welcome by Lynn and staff. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions asked were fully answered. Her 8 years experience shone through. We left with a more than satisfied feeling and we are delighted with the 3 purchases made. We would highly recommend them.

We ordered two new chairs from the Rotheram branch. We sat in every chair they had before deciding we liked The Carnaby chairs best of all. We chose one Standard size chair and one Grande as I like my chair to be a bit higher from the floor. We were then shown all of the fabrics and leathers they had before deciding on the one we liked best. After ordering, delivery took place six weeks later, exactly as we had been told on the day. Craig and Danny who delivered the chairs were very professional and installed them exactly where we wanted them. They took away all of the packaging from the chairs so all we had to do was sit in them and enjoy them. It's been a few weeks since they were delivered and we absolutely love them. They are so comfortable. This is our first time buying chairs from HSL and we are very happy with everything from the assistance in store when choosing the chairs to the smooth trouble free delivery .

We were given some time to browse and then Louise fully explained the range we were interested in.
We were given refreshments and having made a decision, taken thru’ the ordering process. Louise was great.
Product was in stock and being delivered Thursday!

The products were very suitable and comfortable, shop staff were very friendly and helpful and prices were OK.
It was awkward not being able to get ANY estimate of delivery - first contact was the imminent delivery date. Made getting rid of old but essential furniture at last possible moment difficult.

We just had delivery of a very comfortable and supportive sofa. Louise/Lyn Rotherham and Paul/Harrison delivery and installation were excellent, all the staff have been most helpful and it has been a pleasure to deal with HSL and such lovely people. We are so pleased with our sofa and service. Linda

The staff were very attentive, informative, and very knowledgable we were looking for new furniture and with help from the sales person we managed to find exactly what we wanted.

I cannot praise HSL enough for their fabulous customer service. The staff at the Rotherham store were very helpful, friendly & very informative about their products.
Delivery of my chair was good & throughout I was updated with emails & phone calls .

Its great to use a company with true customer values.
The staff at the Rotherham store are so supportive through the purchase of the products without being pushy. Head office and the delivery team are always curious and helpful when they contact you and the furniture is always set up in situ before it is left.

From entering the shop to leaving i was made welcome and the focus of attention was my needs. No rushing, good and relevant information, plenty of good coffee and refreshments. You could tell all the staff new the range of products anf which products suited my needs. I came out of the shop sure that what I had purchased was right for me. Keep up the good work !. Good parking at the showroom. Sales team friendly and welcoming and offered a drink on arrival.

No pressure from sales staff (Chris) but available to answer any questions. Plenty of time to look around and sit.

Overall took slightly longer as we had to call the HSL team regarding the final payment, as we didn't recieve a phone call to do this.

Delivery organised promptly after payment made at a convenient date and time.

Delivery team (Chris and Terry) phoned 15 minutes before arriving and installed quickly removing all packaging. They took time to show how furniture was assembled to allow future dismantling when needed.

I have just had my rise and recline chair delivered. This is the second purchase I have made from this company. Throughout both purchases the service was excellent. Both products are top quality and good value.
Today Damon and Harry delivered my chair. They were both polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the chair. They were careful of my home, and friendly,but efficient.

Delivery driver arrived within the time period advised and quickly dealt with the delivery, very pleasant young men.

Excellent service from Christine. Zero pressure and extremely knowledgeable. Lovely lady who went above and beyond to ensure that we purchased the best product to suit us. A credit to the company.

Just had my chairs delivered by Carl and Lee, they were polite, friendly and professional.
Just what you want, but unfortunately hard to find these days.
I would highly recommend them and HSL.
