If I could give 100% that would not be enough. Debs from Stockport branch was unbelievable we had no idea that there was more to buying an adjustable bed than just sitting on the edge of it. Debs had my husband lying on the beds and thoroughly tested that he was in the correct position. We even got offered a drink. At no time did we feel pressured into buying a bed. In fact Debs and her colleagues made it a pleasurable afternoon out 😂. We did purchase a bed and can’t wait for it to arrive

Delivery people
Whilst we had excellent help by the Stockport staff and having spent £3500 on a chair the delivery people let the company down by being rude on the phone and not giving us a future delivery date as we were on holiday when they wanted to deliver.

HSL are a fabulous company to deal with. From choosing our sofa and chair (eventually after several visits to the shop in Stockport) to the delivery and installation of our furniture. We were never rushed and always offered refreshments.
Our furniture was delivered today by Carl and Lee, they were very friendly and courteous. They installed the furniture in no time and took us patiently through the controls. They are both a credit to HSL. I would have no hesitation is recommending this company.

HSL have been great to deal with from start to finish. We found all the staff to be polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture we were interested in and didn't feel rushed in any way.
Our delivery men, Paul and Jon were equally helpful today in installing our new furniture and we are delighted with the result ...a very comfortable sofa and armchairs!

Well worth th price
HSL chairs are not cheap but our experience buying an HSL chair fully justified that. Adam in the Stockport showroom was knowledgeable and helpful; the chair arrived as promised; Carl and Lee who delivered it were polite, considerate and cheerful, and the chair is fully up to expectations. Well worth the price.

Excellent Service and selection
We were pleasantly welcomed into the showroom by Adam who offered us refreshments, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. As we chatted and reviewed the chairs, we discovered the ones we were interested in could be made to our exact requirements and so we were able to get exactly what we wanted.

Extremely happy with the managers knowledge and support throughout my visit I was very grateful that she gave me private time with my family to discuss furniture options etc, that was much appreciated I don't like what is known as a "hard sell" it makes me feel very uncomfortable so thank you.
