Both my wife and I left the store having spent quite a lot of money, very satisfied with the whole visit.

Went in to buy a bed
Went in to buy a bed, I saw Lesley who was very helpful, she knew all about the products. I didn't decide at the time as I needed to check on the size of bed I could get in the room. I ordered the bed a few days later. While in the showroom I also looked at chairs which I shall order one at a later date.
Service and Staff very good, very helpful, pleasure to shop there.

Our new chair
We spent some time choosing our new chair, we had lots of good, friendly advice, but no pressure.
The showroom was well laid out with lots of choice and we felt free to wander and try out the chairs.
Having made our choice, the process was well explained. Sadly we have some weeks to wait for delivery, but we completely understand as chair is being made to order. We now look forward to receiving our new chair.

Had a lovely trip out with my son…
Had a lovely trip out with my son today, he took me to the HSL shop, I needed a comfy chair.
The staff were very friendly, I was asked what sort of chair I wanted my son had already bought one so he said I needed a dual motor, so that’s what I looked at they are lovely. The next thing is picking your colour, I really enjoyed the visit, I’m now waiting for my new chair to be delivered.
