My god, Please read before thinking of ordering anything.
I ordered an item in August 2020 for approx £20-00 from a small catalogue I got out of the daily mail, I ordered over the phone,paid with my debit card,gave my name/address, (obviously for them to send the item),NO OTHER CONVERSATION WAS ENTERED INTO, I received the item some time later,end of story or so I thought.
Fast forward to September 2021,
I received a letter from,
"The Gardening Club",to say I had a cooling off period of 14×days and if I hadn't cancelled my subscription by 20th September by returning and signing the form enclosed they would be taking £59-99, from my bank account. Funnily!!! I didn't receive the letter until two days after the cancellation date,plus they had already taken the money out of my account,and why would I need to cancel a subscription I had never agreed to???
I had never heard of the Gardening Club, have NEVER agreed to join, and couldn't understand what on earth was going on.
After investigating discovered this all came from the order I placed with EasyLife which is now trading under ,Home Shopping Selection, amongst others.
Fortunately my bank has refunded the £59-99,but a warning to others,they do this to mostly elderly people who probably won't notice money has been taken, I am in my seventys and thought I knew enough not to be a victim of a scam,so watch out,this company SCAMS elderly people.
PS-i have reported this company to everyone I possibly can,however I really don't think they can be stopped they will just trade under another names and carry on scamming.

Will never use Hssuk again. Ordered a telescopic wash brush about £30. It arrived missing two key parts. Phoned customer "service" who told me to e-mail them with photographs of the "parts that were missing"? 🤔
Sent an e-mail with all possible details, they replied saying "we'll have to see if we have the parts in stock"!
Heard nothing for eight days so rang them and explained that I couldn't use the item that I had paid for. Got a load of bull that customer service department had no access to e-mail. I asked why they couldn't simply take the parts from a complete brush and send them? Replied that that was not possible. I am convinced that "customer service" is a call centre abroad as every time I ring I get people with strong Asian accents (fact not racist). I asked them where they were speaking from and they denied it but said they would end my call! I am the paying customer for goodness sake!
I e-mailed them again, reminding them of how many hundreds of my hard earned pounds I had spent with them over the years and asking for either the parts or a refund, no reply received. They treat their customers with utter contempt and in future I will be dealing with a reputable company instead of these cowboys. I only gave them one star as you cannot give zero.

I agree with all the poor reviews, absolutely diabolical. I ordered a infered elbow bandage, they sent me an ankle one instead, rang them to send me an elbow one, the girl said it fits all!!! No it didn’t . Rang for a RAC number to send the ankle one back, which i had to pay the postage for their mistake, i got proof of postage from the post office, rang today she wanted a tracking number, which isn’t on the receipt and told me to go back to the Post office and get one. When it has got back to them why hasn’t it been dealt with that i needed a replacement!! I shouldn’t have to be tracking it myself

Absolutely disgusting company and customer services. They Lost my father-in-law’s lawn mower when he was asked to pay £10 to return it as it was broken upon receipt. He was told they would either replace or refund, this was in July 2020 still waiting. £310 out of pocket. Can get no sense out of customer service and keep getting put on hold then saying there is nothing they can do. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t buy anything from this company.
One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with
I bought an item from one of their sites which was faulty. Returned it after phoning them for an authorisation code & then heard nothing. They don't bother answering emails so I raised a dispute via my bank. Only then did I get a part refund - they never reimbursed me for the return shipping as they had promised. All this took nearly 2 months. I've no idea how they're still in business. They trade under multiple names so beware.

They trade under various names, Home Shopping, Eckman, Stauer, etc - a sure sign they are scammers. I paid £30/- for 2 items on the promise of delivery in 48 hours. After 2 weeks with no delivery, I emailed them with no response. After further 2 weeks I phoned them only to be told that one of the items was out of stock but would be delivered if I waited another month. I am still waiting after 2 months and 1 week. Of course, they should not be allowed to conduct business and I intend to report them to the Office of Fair Trading. In the meantime, caveat emptor or buyer beware!!
Apology for Doubting HSSUK
Wrote a review the other day doubting HSSUK about order saying 'processing' for 9 days and no response to two email enquiries. Have to eat my words now as received email confirming order being shipped out and receiving it today on 13 March 2021. Took 10 days in total. Only gripe with this company is that not enough clear information is provided on tracking the order and reading negative reviews made me have doubts as to whether order would be received. Sorry!

Service was surprisingly good!
Was a bit worried by bad reviews after I placed an order for my Mum. But service was VERY GOOD! Goods arrived very fast. I wanted to return the item, my e-mail was replied to within 1 working day. They arranged a collection from my home of the item. I've had a full refund including postage with in 2 weeks.

This company (DRMG) appears to trade under several different names, Eckman, EasyLiving and Stauer to name but three. Having experienced problems with all three (non delivery or poor quality goods) I now check the address and, if it mentions Euro House, Cremers Road, Sittingbourne, I now ignore it and go elsewhere.

I ordered a couple of things for my mum amounting to £33.97 with postage. Received a confirmation email but no dispatch or tracking email. I emailed after 3 weeks and no response. Today has been a month so I called the phone number on their website. I was caller 11 in the cue and waited. The advisor was really rude and argumentative, she kept saying I haven't put my postcode in so it was my fault - however in the address option there was no box to enter a postcode. (I now believe this to be part of the scam) I was trying to give her my order number from the email but she wouldn't take it harping on about the postcode. Regardless of the post code I asked who it was sent with Royal Mail etc, she didn't know. I asked how we can move forward, she told me to wait another 28 days. I asked to speak to a manager, she simply said no. Anyway, I was on the phone for 26 minutes going round in circles and she refused to help me. The phone call cost me an additional £16.31 this is disgusting. I think the postcode option was intentionally missed out so I had to call. Terrible customer service. Especially when a lot of their customers are elderly and vulnerable (which they target from their products.) I'm contacting trading standards. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Poor customer service
I ordered Kangoo water bottle in December,never heard a thing so I emailed them querying when was the product likely to arrive and I got no reply. I emailed them again and received a reply about the product being sent out shortly.To their credit the product arrived 2 days later.My wife used it once and it worked o.k. then it packed up.I emailed the company and received a returns number which I sent back with faulty product asking for a refund or replacement. I heard nothing for a while and then received an email stating that they would refund £34.98 and£4.98 postage. I received the refund but not the postage and the email I sent nearly 2 weeks ago asking about the postage refund and to date I have had no reply.How they are still in business is anyones guess.
