I bought shoes from this company, The show price was $39.99 USD and 9.99 for shipping.
1. Bare Shoes arrived all the way from china to Canada in a Ziplock plastic bag with no protection in-between.
2, One shoe had a missing the upper layer of white rubber on sole at one place with exposed black rubber from below.
3. I sent all the details next day with pictures and asked them for refund the amount as the shoes were defective.
4. They asked me to return the defective shoes to China (Have to pay $30 USD for shipping) and they will return me $39.99.
5. So after paying $39.99+9.99+30, I will get $39.99 back.
I think all the reviews must be fake and the company does not to seems to be in legitimate business. At the end I was to get satisfied with $15 refund and with shoes that I can not go out with.
Never buy anything from this site. Now I also see the same shoes on AliExpress in $10.
I would never recommend to buy anything from this site. They were insisting me to refer to their website for return policy where I have to pay for the return shipping. I was not sure why do I pay for return shipping for the defective material that they can not resale. I offered them to give it to Charity and produce a receipt. They did not agree. In short, once you pay, you are in their clutch.

Could not believe the constant updates on the where abouts of my order. Very good service. Will purchase again. 10/10!

Great great customer service. My product was lost by the local post office and the USPS could not trace it. Hsweetgirl did everything to locate it for a month. When they could not find it, they decided to process a new order, free of charge to me, and I just received it yesterday. Customer service agent was very polite and followed up this matter until I received my new shipment.

I have ordered a pair of shoes and even after checkout it did not say how long it would take to ship. All attempts to reach them have gone unanswered and they do not have a phone number to contact. On the order status it says order confirmed but no tracking number or any other updates. If this is the standard way of doing business, I'm not impressed and would recommend against buying anything from them.

Great service. The company really tries to keep the customer satisfied. Excellent shoes for the money. I'm using them as bedroom slippers. Fast delivery.

First order was lost by delivery company. Hsweetgirl was immediately willing to replace the order, it arrived less than a week later. Can NOT stress enough how satisfied you will be when you do business with them.

When a pair of shoes were lost in the mail, this company always answered by e-mails within two days. They reordered my shoes and I received them within 15 days. They were very kind and great in answering my questions. I do recommend them to others.

I have ordered twice from Hsweetgirl! As far as I’m concerned. this is an excellent company! The first time I ordered from them I ordered the wrong size shoe, not knowing how to convert women's sizes to mens sizes! I sent them back, and the next day I received another of the same shoe, in the same color and size! They finally got it figured out, sent me labels and refunded my money This time I think I got it right! The pair of Devious 108 sz. 16 fit fairly well! I still have several other styles coming, I’m really hoping that I get the wedge style that I’ve been waiting to find for so long! I’m hoping to wear them out in public sometime! So far I recommend this company!
