What made my experience great was the results of the surgery and the great Customer Service i strongly recommend this clinic. They’re very good and professional.

HT Clinic deserves 5-star from me. I had my procedure done on July 12th, and it was a dream come true. The surgeon and her team were very professional, honest, and straightforward. Before coming to the clinic, I have already managed my expectations, and did my own research on what to expect - HT Clinic surpassed that expectations! Every patient's situation is unique and the treatment of course would be different from each other - HT Clinic would address that individual uniquness accordingly. I would recommend highly HT Clinic. Funny thing is, after my surgery, I went to tourist places in Istanbul, and people would ask me who did my FUE, and gave me a good feed back the way my transplant was executed. On the plane on my way backbto Toronto, one passenger asked me who did my FUE and said it looked good on me - meaning the way my hairline was sculptured (if this is the better term to use). Then, one of the flight attendants also asked me and made a good comment as well. I am excited to see the progress of this surgery. The healing process is underway! Above all, and this is priceless, I regained my self-esteem and confidence! Special thanks, to Marianna who helped me tremendously in navagiting the whole process. She was very professional and knowledgeable! I was treated fairly well by entire staff. On my last day in Istanbul, although it was a holiday, the amazing nurse (sorry I forgot the name) made his way to the Clinic to have a final look of my surgery to ensure my wellness as I was preparing to go home. Overall, fabulous services, professional treatment from Day 1 until I went home. Thank you HT Clinic!

The team and Marianna at HT.clinic made everything very easy for me. I didn’t have to lift a finger and the entire experience was enjoyable. My flight was cancelled last minute, and they immediately rebooked my driver at 10pm at night scheduling the driver for 2AM the next morning. Also, the hair transplant went better than expected.

My experience with the clinic has been just amazing, the treatment is super friendly and first class.

This clinic has got to be one of my favorite clinics I have ever been to. Very clean and they have done a great job with the customer service. Special thanks to Marianna Eremenko as she was so positive throughout the entire meeting with me. She explained everything to me step by step and made it very interesting too and I genuinely felt so happy after leaving this clinic despite the rough day I had. My experience with HT clinic was very smooth from the beginning to end. Marianna was a great help and guided me through all steps and with constant follow ups with me and introduced me to Dr. Tombul who was the perfect Dr. for my case, who knew exactly how to design a natural look and reply to all my concerns. I had a hair transplant with HT.clinic in Istanbul three months ago, and it's been a fantastic journey. It started with the medical consultants, that were not only great but also extremely knowledgeable and honest about the expected results.

The professionalism of the medical team during the procedure was impressive, and even though it's early, I can already see positive changes. I had approximately 3,500 grafts using FUE.

The service prior to the operation and follow-up care after have been outstanding. The facilities at the clinic are top-notch, and as a local, I didn't need accommodation or transportation, so I took only the operation from them.

The pricing was fair compared to premium options in Istanbul, but the results make it absolutely worth it. I highly recommend HT.clinic for their excellent service, honesty, and professionalism. Looking forward to the full results!
