Great bunch of guys, speechless at the way the garden was tidied up after felling a large tree in my garden, also trimmed the hedges at the rear of the property. cannot fault this business.10/10

Excellent service. I have a large Leylandii hedge. Hartwood personnel arrive when they say will and do an excellent job of trimming the hedge, they also clean up thoroughly and remove all resultant cuttings.
The office staff are very efficient and keep you well informed. Costs are reasonable.

Andrew and his team were fantastic. They initially came out to give us a quote and were on time and explained everything in easy to understand terms. Then on the day of the work they were prompt, efficient and made sure to tidy up the garden and the street afterwards. They were always polite and couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent service and I'd have no issues recommending them.

They say you get what you pay for. And even in tree management this apply's . Got the 'cheap' boys in last summer. And what they did to my beloved birch , was nothing short of a hack. Having a need for a comprehensive trim on 4 trees and a load of very mature bushes. I did done some research and settled on Heartwood Tree Care. Andrew did a comprehensive survey, and his team on the day, were great. Great care was taken as they moved around the trees, constantly checking before they pruned/Cut ( v chain saw on stick that the last lot used) . Trees cost alot to replace, and badly managed ones can result in dead trees or at best badly disfigured. Will be getting Andrew back once my Birch recovers (fingers crossed) - to sort it out.

As highlighted on their webpage the love of trees is clear from what they operate. Friendly and fully trained arborists. 'Know' the specific genera characteristics - something lacking with many 'folk' who claim to be arborists. Keen to ensure to leave a tidy site afterwards - no one would know they had been on site, except, of course, a correctly pruned tree! Highly recommended by this MCIHort.

Andrew and the team at Heartwood Tree Care were excellent - they felled five trees in our garden, ground the stumps and removed all the waste. They did a really thorough, tidy job and were great value for money. Highly recommend.

Andrew and his Heartwood team recently undertook an extensive hedge trimming job for me. They were punctual and professional from start to finish. The completed job is looking first class. I’ve had many others do the same job for me over the years and these guys left the best job yet. I’d be more than happy to recommend.

Andrew and colleagues were very professional in removing a large conifer and grinding out the stump. The work was amazing to watch, done very quicky and well tidied up afterwards. e would happlily recomend Hartwood Tree Care.

Andrew certainly knows what he is doing and he and his colleague carried out the task of removing an overgrown tree and clearing up afterwards with care. Andrew gave a well priced quote, suggested a couple of other things he could help with, which I appreciated. I decided to have another stump ground out on the day, which Andrew added with ease.
The work was carried out efficiently and surprisingly quickly. A building in the garden close to a stump was well protected.

On 30 April 2024, Andrew and Ethan visited us, on time, by appointment to shorten/prune a boundary, tall, white birch and thin it out. I would estimate the tree at about 100 years old. They did excellent, professional work, carefully describing what they would do beforehand! The result was a balanced tree that should last another 100 years! They took all the debris away and tidied up completely. (Well done! We have already booked for an Autumn tree/shrub/hedge tidy up.)

Very helpful, quick response to my enquiry about unexpected damage to our cherry tree. Andrew came out the same day and was very clear about our options and cost.
