Worst experience -- Bought complete kitchen from Roskilde…
Bought complete kitchen from Roskilde Store 2 weeks ago. issues are as following:
- Topboard was not delivered, when asked the salesman said that the manufacturing has made a mistake and i will have to wait for 2 weeks now. Went to the store and checked their system, it showed he ordered it on the same day when he told me that manufacturing had made a mistake. Took another board from there but they were not able to deliver the one in stock also.
- Kitchen shipped was and is still not complete, the legs were not there, board to be put next to Dishwasher is not there. board to be put on the side of the boxes are small, foot panel are short.
- Drawers were delivered without handles.
- requested to add soap dispenser but was not added to the order.
- Ordered the garbage area with a side door, delivered it with sliding drawer which doesnt fit because of the drain.
- measurements were taken in less than 5 mins and the sizes doesnt match.
- Wall Cabinets delivered doesnt fit into our kitchen.
Highly unprofessional and laid back approach.
Worst experience of my life and would never recommend to anyone to buy it from HTH
