Great service from ordering to delivery.

Will definitely be buying fro you again.

I experienced an excellent service from Todds at Monks Cross in the purchaser and fitting of an American style fridge freezer.
The patient assistance of the staff in researching available options, giving advice, help in choosing, delivery and fitting was exemplary. This included moving the out of fridge filter into a cupboard to make it essy to change.

Having had a bit of a journey with John Lewis being unable to collect the old fridge freezer. Followed by Curry’s who sold me one but the delivery men could not fit it because they aren’t insured to use screwdrivers (although I’d mentioned in the shop that it needed wiring in). The only option was a refund from Curry’s. It took a 25 minute caller wait on the phone to find out I needed to go into store for the refund. This was followed by waiting over 45 minutes in the Curry’s store to be served and then another 25 minutes for the service desk to caller wait for Head Office to activate my refund. The money then took 5 days to reach my bank. I will never go to Curry’s again.

In comparison Todds were brilliant from start to finish.
They are a smaller store and the service was excellent. They didn’t have an appropriate American fridge-freezer in store but we researched the options from their suppliers online.
Adam was able to find all the details I needed and more. He also checked with the fitter about ‘using a screwdriver’ and installing the filter in an external cupboard. Result - I don’t need to move the fridge every six months to change the filter (Curry’s said this wasn’t possible).
Adam arranged a temporary order putting the model on hold so that I could go home to measure the space then ring to complete the order.
It was a very efficient process and the
Service throughout was excellent.
Also, if there are ever any problems with the appliance I contact Todds and they deal with the suppliers on my behalf.

Went to purchase a washer/ dryer, was told it was in stock but couldn't buy it then and there the staff couldn't get it out of the stock room as it was blocked in. So we ended up buying one from Currys with no problems. Never go to Herbert Todd again.

Great customer service. Ordered online and then sent an email arrange delivery. They emailed back, arranging delivery to fit me. Delivered on time and took the old one away - nothing was too much trouble.
Great dishwasher - very happy.

What a fabulous friendly service I received from Dave and Colin, their product knowledge is second to none. There was no hard sell and they couldn't of been more helpful. So much so l am a repeat customer and have always experienced the same high level of service. Delivery was speedy and the Delivery guys were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. they delivered on time and took all packaging and the old appliances away. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Having been very disappointed with Curry’s in my search for a replacement range cooker I happened upon Herbert Todd & Son whilst searching the internet. I had no idea they existed in my home town of Harrogate. What a fantastic number of range style cookers and other appliances and you can actually see what you are buying! It has been such a relief and a pleasure to have such friendly good efficient service, from purchase to delivery, to installation and at a competitive price too. The fitters, gas and electric were all arranged and coordinated by Todds how they managed to get our cooker in I don’t know but I love it. I have and would recommend them to anyone. A very happy customer.
