Because I urgently need a perfume. I ordered one of your products that was scheduled to be delivered within 2 days. Only for me to be contacted that the product is out of stock and I have been refunded. I didn’t get back my money until almost 10 days after I made the order. This is unfair and I think I ought to have been compensated with a perfume.

I have consistently phoned and emailed, and the one time someone spoke to me it sounded like they were in a hurry to get me off the phone, i bought two perfumes from them because I saw an ad on tiktok. and the perfumes were nothing to write home about, I called immediately to complain and return it but they have done nothing but toss me around in the last 72 hours. said they do not accept refunds and that they could do a replacement. but still will not respond to my emails. now I'm left with perfumes I can't stand and regrets about why I didn't just buy from eBay. the extra 4£ would have saved me this stress. don't be an idiot save your time

shipping was fast, the products ordered came in perfect condition.

Ordered 2 perfume and selected free 24hr delivery. Not only did it not arrive until 3 days later, but i was also charge £2.99 delivery despite selecting free delivery and meeting the minimum for free delivery. Tried getting in contact the whole time but customer service was non-existant. I messaged the number on the website and the email and never got a reply (still haven't 1 month later). Did recieve the perfumes so at least it's a real business, but whole experience causes so much unnecessary stress.
