he thinks he's greatest garage ever and customer is always guilty....

this dealer is for customers who don't care about money, just "do it" whatever it will cost!

Extremyl poor response time ("we'll get back to you and then 6 months silence"), no maintaince of hydraulics only replacement of brand new OEM equipment causes high cost for customers.

If you disagree with the owner he feels insulted and tells that they won't have time to work for customers who don't want to order.. customer create effort what he doesn't want to provide if there is no sales order later. What a arrogant service mentality!!

sorry guys: I had the the feeling you won't wonna work with me from September 2024.

German Service mentality as its best - avoid!
