Huddersfield sales & Lettings have been a massive help to us. They made sure they could work around us and everything moved forward quickly and efficiently (although we are impatient) it felt like a lifetime.

Huddersfield Lettings have been a pleasure to deal with. They found me a tenant in a short space of time. I was kept informed throughout and consulted at each stage from finding the tenant to them moving in. The first letting agent I have been totally satisfied with,

Mr Gilani has been an amazing when helping me find a rental property. He has a very spontaneous and enthusiastic personality with very friendly staff. Huddersfield Lettings has been the best letting company that I have used and would highly recommend 11/10. Mr Gilani has also given me access to his van, so I am able to move my personal belongings into the property the same day the paperwork was finalised for my letting agreement.

Excellent service from my first call to my tenanta moving in.
Advice given regarding what would work best regarding my property ie furnished or unfurnished and the type of tenants i wanted.
I had some work to do to prepare the property one my previous tenants moved out and i wasnt pressured at all ( which felt unusual ). I contacted hudds lettings when ready and within 2 days of my property being marketed i had potentail tenants who were interested in letting.

My agent was fantastic....explained the situation of my potential tenants and together we agreed the best option for me . This felt really personal and gave me confidence in my agent.

I feel that my agent also had the interests of my new tenant at heart and pushed for a quick move in due to their unforeseen circumstances.

To add to this my agents sorted my gas check promptly which assured me my property was safe .... 5 stars
