Although getting through the Huddle on the phone is almost impossible, getting through on email was a quick and easy process. My query was dealt with by Jess, who was very helpful and sorted our problems out within a matter of days!

Left the accommodation in July and still not had the refunded owed to me.
I have called at all times on the day but never get through to an agent. The press 1 option doesn't work as no one ever calls back and then when I have emailed no one replies.
Very poor service as if it was the other way round and I owed money, i'm 100% sure they would be contacting me daily for the money back or just take it out of my account!

Absolutely terrible, overcharged by £300 JUST ON GAS in high summer and when we tried to contact (call and email) we were put on hold for FOUR HOURS each time, emails took a week per email… meaning replying twice has taken a month!!!
Absolutely disgusting scam and they have not taken our situation seriously. They will not even put the other tenants on the account.
Do not use them, octoenergy is cheaper.

If you’re a student do NOT let your estate agents recommend Huddle every other student who uses it I have spoken to agrees they randomly and inconsistently change payments for different tenants with no given reason and massively overcharge at the end of the tenancy with little explanation and are then impossible to get hold of. My house went to student support for help and when they heard we were with Huddle they basically just said “oh”.

The worst customer service experience. At one point up the set up a direct debit in parallel so I was being charged twice. I had to spend hours on the phone to sort it out. Now I am trying to leave and they are objecting to it as they say I owe them money. They owe me over £800. No one answers the phone. The call back service doesn't work. They say they will respond to emails in 5 working days but respond in 8 without actually answering the question. AVOID

Do yourself a favour and do NOT use Huddle, unless you have no choice because your slumlord has dictated you do so. Absolutely horrible service and impossible to get on the phone to them. I still haven’t received my refund for the outstanding total they owe me, and I left my shared house in June. My other housemates have had it even worse than me. One is continuing to be harassed for payments. He left the house in APRIL and it’s now September. He owes them nothing. An absolute disgrace.

Sign-up is easy, it's a trap, everything else is horrible.
They messed up our billing on 4 separate occasions leading to several stressful phone calls. Leaving the service is next to impossible requiring several forms, multiple means of contact and a slow process. To top it all off after overcharging us it has now been over 2 months since their 30 day payback period has ended. If this company isn't criminal it should be. Avoid at all costs

very good service, apart from one blip
they tried to charge me a late fee due to an issue on their system which meant my direct debit never came out.
when i disputed over the phone, the attendant told me that id been sent emails asking for the payment.
i said i hadn’t, he argued. i insisted i hadn’t- he then realised i was telling the truth and removed the charges.

We have been overestimated and charged bills with this company when we do not have a contract with them!! None of us have heard of them before this. The company is useless at answering the phone and even more useless when answering. Customer service has been rude and unhelpful. I was on hold for 30 minutes and call backs took 4 hours minimum. Avoid this company if you can!!!

I was never told how much to pay even after repeatedly asking. I never agreed to the contact, I never received any information other than a reminder text to say I had an outstanding bill. But no meter readings where ever asked for and when I tried to leave because I could not get any information you blocked me leaving and continued to ignore my requests.

NEVER USE, worst service I have ever had in my life. Massively overcharged me for my usage, when I complained they said they were in the wrong yet failed to give me credit money back. The rates are appalling and such a difficult system.

Huddle were fine during our tenancy, but when it came to refunds they were a nightmare. We were owed £1,900 in credit and it took months of chasing, 10 emails, and endless phone calls to get it back. It felt like they had no intention of refunding us unless I fought for it.
Extremely unprofessional, obstructive, and stressful. Happy to take your money, but make it as hard as possible to return what you’re owed. Avoid!
