Shocking
If there was a no star option I’d go with that. After looking for a particular style of hush puppies for over a month I found it on here, placed my order, paid and even got a confirmation email. Two day later got another email stating it’s out of stock and I’ve not been refunded either (a week on)
Got such a big company to not update the website about product availability is a little frustrating.

Took my money for an order of an item that wasn't available, yet Web page let me go through to payment and delivery. To then get an email minutes later stating it was out of stock and to wait for a refund.

I was so excited to place my order as had been looking for a certain pair of boots!
Paid online had a confirmation only to receive an email few days later to say not available … Gutted !!!!!!
