I’ve bought several items from these girls and it is my favourite place to get bags from now! I’ve bought for myself and as gifts and always get compliments about them. My hen party clutches and my wedding beaded clutch were so perfect they made my day extra special with the personalised details that I can keep forever. Nothing is too much for these girls and they are so helpful. They will help you with whatever your ideas are! Now that’s special customer service!

Beautiful wedding clutch

Bought a custom wedding bag for my sister. Had sent the company a DM over on Instagram to enquire about colours & they were so helpful with all of my questions! The bag is amazing quality & my sister was over the moon. Highly recommend!!

I can't rate Hudsonblu highly enough. They were great from start to finish. Helped me with colour choices and when the product came I was blown away. It's got a real weight to it and you can tell it's made with quality.

I’m always a bit sceptical ordering things online as items never turn up like the pictures but i have ordered 6 different items each time they've not let me down and they look amazing, the service was fast, I was kept upto date throughout the process.They also arrive in lovely packaging.

I now have 3 bags, a Toiletry bag and 2 little Toiletry cases.

One of the bags I wanted wasn't on the website but I knew they did them as had seen in a previous pic I got in touch and they were able to do this for me

They have such a good variety and very good communication and customer service skills.

Website is lovely & easy to navigate also.

I cannot recommend Hudson Blu enough! Their bags are incredible. I have bought so many I've started a little collection. They are fantastic quality made by the kindest girls. I've bought them for friends, my mum and myself! The most gorgeous selection and really affordable prices 🙌🏼

Ordered 2 beautiful bags from Hudson Blu Designs. 1 being my wedding bag with a beautiful pearl and beaded design. My other for my hen do in the rainbow beaded design. Communication was amazing and my bags were made exactly how I wanted them all personalised with names and wedding date. Thank you xx

Absolute shocking customer service!!!

Placed and order on the 6th of February and sent emails every day asking for updates as I needed the items for before the 14th….

They decided to email me on the 22nd with some cock & bull story and lame excuses!!

One of them been they work full time jobs and do this as a side job…. I myself run a similar business alsong with working full time 12 hours days but still managed to reply emails, social media messages ect!! It takes 2 minutes to reply to an email & keep customers updated & informed.

They said x8 parcels were lost which we don’t believe in the slightest more like they have over sold the items and couldn’t have the decency to admit there mistake!!! My partner also ordered from these a week later and got the same shocking customer service & supposed lost order.

I would avoid this business like the plague!!

Complaint have been logged with there e-commerce provider ( Shopify) I would suggest all over customer who have had the same experience to do the same…

Received my bag today and it’s beautiful. Thank you. Shipment and response to my emails took longer than expected but Abbie explained this was due to them not being back to full operations after Christmas. Lovely business.

Very fast delivery considering it is the week before Christmas (4 day turn around), I ordered a clutch pouch and The Hudson Tote which both are personalised. They are the most beautiful bags I've every brought, I am recommending this company to anyone who will listen. They are for my wedding day so I will be telling everyone where I brought them from!

Just received my order and it is absolutely fabulous! I love it so much.
