The product’s look the absolute business but the quality is woeful. I’ve bought multiple pieces from the brand over the years and only the hoodies stood the test of time. The T’s shrink immediately and the outerwear is useless in anything but good weather, including a £250 puffa jacket. A real shame as the designs are spot on.
Terrible company, the goods were not delivered and the money was not returned. A month has passed! The phone does not answer, support does not respond to letters. Return the money for the order HUF19644EU
Out Of Step was supposed to give my order to DPD, but still waiting. Emailed HUF customer service, but no response. Tried to call, keeps going to answer machine as no one picks up. Have been trying since last week.

Bad company, they told me payer, adress, i do that, than they told that adress is incorrect, après payer! Nul not good huf, you disapointed your customers!

We are sorry you've had a bad experience. Unfortunately DPD will not deliver to a business address in the EU, as stated on our shipping page. If you can let our customer service team know a residential address, once your parcel is received back we can re-send it out for you.
