Amazing! I am 16 weeks pregnant with twins, and just got my belt today. I have to say I’ve tried several different ones before, and none worked. This one is something else: it really does support my already big belly and helps with back pain and round ligament pain. Two thumbs up and a big hurray from me!

What an absolute game changer and a must have for us mamas. 5.5 months postpartum and it has been a lifesaver. Super comfy, quality is amazing, quick and easy to put on, I can even lounge around and it doesn't feel uncomfortable.

This belt has been great for my post-partum recovery. After having a caesarean birth it has been relieving to have a heat pack on my lower back and cool bag on my incision. The added benefit of being able to complete tasks while wearing it is a big YES from me!
As a midwife I love these belts for my clients especially in the postpartum. They feel soft and comfortable, don’t dig in like your conventional “belly band”

Such an amazing product that provides so much relief and comfort at the same time. Freedom to move around while using the packs either hot or cold in the band is a game changer. I use to stuff my heat bags or ice packs in my tights, but while moving around it was just uncomfortable and awkward. So much relief! And not just for me, but for my partner who has a bad back also! He likes it cold, whereas I am loving the heat side of it for the hormonal times, or when I'm achy and sore from carrying kids around, or if I'm just feeling like I need a cozy relax time on the couch. I have had 2 c-section births and struggled with both menstrual and ovulation pain for years. And it just so happened the day my Hug and Heat Belt arrived I was experiencing ovulation pain. The relief was almost instant!!! I felt supported, held together, and the warmth on my front and back was incredible! I was so sceptical about there being another pregnancy-related belt on the market but I'm in love! I love the high sides on it, the fact it can actually be worn under clothes and I can sit down in it without having to readjust or it curling back on itself - such a game changer and so handy when my hands are full with the kids.
