Jellycat was sent and is a fake, have emailed to return with no response. Do not order from Huggles.
Ordered 3 jellycats - all fake. Messaged company for refund but no response.
I ordered three Jellycats, but they turned out to be knock-offs. One of the bunny Jellycats that was shipped to me is also completely the wrong item. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to request a return or file a complaint.
They totally ripped me off. I was SCAMMED!!! I ordered the tiny monkey and Brook the utter and I was sent some cheap stuffed toy with Korean tags. And they are ignoring my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I have pictures of my order and what they sent.
If I could give minus stars, I would!
If you choose to buy from this site, 3 things could happen.
1. Slow delivery, promises 2-3 days, reality is 6 weeks after enquiring
2. Items out of stock. Refund is promised but not given
3. Items arrive, nothing like the website photos because they are not shipping what they are advertising. Also, they choose any item, not necessarily what you've ordered.
Promoting Jellycat items, using Jellycat photos. Reality is an inferior Chinese product that looks nothing like the correct item.
Emailed them asking about returning items for a refund - no response.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!
Scam website: Purchased items listed as available on their site, then was advised via email that items were in fact not available. I responded with alternatives, then multiple requests for refund subsequently, however no further correspondence was received.
Do not buy from this website Huggles.
After about one month I received an order, but was a completely different item. Terrible quality.
I have emailed company numerous times, with no response!
What a scam!
Ordered and had the wrong item sent. No response to emails, contact on social media or anything. Request a refund and nothing back. Do not use!
No response whatsoever and no product delivered to me despite chasing via email. No responses to any of my emails.
This company is a scam. I have been fighting with them for weeks now to cancel an order. I have point blank called them out for not being legitimate and they have not refuted any of my statements. Recent reviews from customers also corroborate that they sell counterfeit products. Do not purchase from the this “business”
