Do not buy or believe positive reviews. I will be contacting various authorities about the trading of this company. I suggest others who have been scammed maybe consider the same. London address shipped from China no CE safety standards. Delayed shipping and constant emails back and forward and now you try and insult me with 20% refund. Please take the reviews seriously. I have accepted 50% and started dispute through my bank for the remainder.

As others have said. This is a complete waste of money.

Asthmatic cat with COPD, that's the breathing noise.

The speaker is tinny and the sound is crap.

Battery pack has no cover and exposed wires.

Dont fall for the marketing materials, it's an absolute shit show of a company and product.

Very poor quality.... exposed wires inside the battery pouch. Arrived with holes in stitching. There is no volume control on the device. Sounds like a decrepit train rather than a soothing bedtime toy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

I would give this zero stars but had to pick one. I ordered two bears...they took 2 weeks to arrive and then both were not working. I sent video footage to the company who refused a refund. They offered to send replacements. I reviewed one replacement not two and although it does work...the breathing sound is s recording of someone imitating snoring and you can hear the mechanics or the bears belly going up and down which isn't very relaxing. It stops after a couple of minutes.

My grandson Bobby is severely autistic and doesn't play or respond to toys really at all so I wanted to try just for something special he might just like so I ordered one of your teddys, I can't put into words the heartfelt joy as he hugged your huggleys It is so rare for him to take an interest and how special this really is, thankyou for helping me find a beautiful gift for a beautiful soul, Bobby x

The WORST company I have ever dealt with!

Money grabbing crooks!

Would have given 0 stars if had the choice.

Firstly did not know this would be cheap Chinese crap! Thought it was a British company since it has a London business address on the website. First I knew it was Chinese was when the items were dispatched with tracking info.

Bought 3 for my kids every one has a stitching fault by the neck/ Velcro closing rendering useless to give.

I followed their returns and refund policy and contacted their customer services and provided photos of the faults. They began by offering me a 20% refund and to keep the toys. I have included within my many emails paragraphs from their policy that says I have the right to return the items at THEIR cost since it was their fault and after receiving the items I would be issued a full refund.
The customer service lady Louise (if that even is your real name) continuously ignores the policy and does not reference it at all. Following 10 days and 12 back and forth emails the best she has offered so far is a 60% refund and to keep the goods. And in her words “you can give them, re-gift them or if really unhappy with them give them to a charity shop.” Why would I give them to anyone when they are ripped?! Shows how little they care about people and their customers!

So very disappointed!

The mechanics are so loud, it's such a shame as idea in theory is great otherwise.

Far too loud. No ability to lower volume. Breathing makes a loud clicking sound and now a few days after is making a squeaking sound too. Not contacting company after looking at previous reviews. Was bought as Xmas present so is now over 14 days. I do not want the stress.

Terrible cheap product. Looks like something from a pound shop. Would not recommend at all. No instructions came in plastic bag. Cheap cheap product. Such a disappointment.

Ordered a Stitch Huggly. Terrible quality. Poorly packaged in an envelope, no box or proper packaging. I thought I was ordering from a UK company but it took ages to arrive and the tracking info given showed me it came from China. The breathing motion is awful, really loud mechanical sound which is louder than the breathing noise, the lullaby music is very loud - too loud for bedtime. The compartment to insert the batteries in the back has exposed wires, not at all safe for little hands. So disappointed.

Bought 2 for my children. They arrived in cheap plastic bags which made me concerned that they were not as good quality as the website looked. Both opened on Christmas Day. One stopped working within 6 hours the other in 12. I have emailed the company twice and sent a Facebook message and no reply.
I would advise people not to buy from this company.

These items are not fit for purpose!
1. Parts are missing - ordered 2 and one has no back to conceal the batteries the other has no on off switch !
2. The Koala bear sounds like a helicopter when its tummy expands. Hardly helps with sleep - not fit for purpose In actual fact !
3. No instructions provided

Bought these for Christmas Eve boxes and didn’t test or remove packaging within the 14 days refund window
So now the company refusing to replace or refund!

Loud and cheaply made. The "breathing" is so loud and you can ear the mechanism inside moving. Not calming at all.

Rubbish unsafe product.

Rubbish customer services, offer "20% money back" when i requested a refund on the same day of delivery, should have 14 day cooling off, customer service is dreadful.

Bear has no box, labels, instructions, just cheap fake rubbish arrives vacuum packed and squashed in to a jiffy bag envelope.

Update... never got s full refund, was offered 30%, the 50% i kept asking for the return address. Eventually one was provided which is in China, and as the customer you have to pay the postage which is obviously a fair amount so I gave up and settled for 50%.

Don't trust the cute ads and nice website. Fake Disney Stitch, one leg was shorter than the other and the paws weren't even straight. Dreadful!!

Disappointed with the product. They are pretty cheap looking and not worth the price. The breathing sound is not comforting at all but rather very loud and strange sounding, with no way to adjust the volume. I bought two , one arrived not working. Delivery takes a very long time. Would not buy again unfortunately.

Scam. Ordered as from a UK address. Currently tracking in Kansas after being shipped from China. I'm not even sure these will ever arrive. Do not order from this Scam company. Ordered well before Christmas. Sending updates claiming to be on route but again fake lies to lead people to believe it is a UK company. It is not. Be aware. Do not order.

We ordered 2 bears and none of them work, took over 2 weeks to come very disappointed, i even went a brought new batteries and one of the bears come with no on/off button, i also rhink there very overpriced and rubbish DO NOT BUY

Breathing sounds like darth Vader making a heavy breathing phone call. It’s actually so bad it’s funny but would scare a child.
Very large and hard edged box inside so not comfy
Customer service refusing a return so going to go through PayPal now.
Nightmare company.
Oh and the London address on their site is fake they don’t have an office there !!!

Don't buy!
I got the sloth for my son. It was poorly made, cotton and stitching poor on the head. Mechanism really loud on the breathing. Music is poor quality and really loud.
When I asked for refund they would not provide, 14 emails later they offered me 50% refund which I took as it was taking up too much of my time. Customer service was poor and didn't listen to the fact I wanted to return and get a full refund.
Battery pack was also glued which felt unsafe to let my son sleep with.
Definitely do not buy.

Bought 2 of these on the 3rd of December for my children for little Christmas eve presents opened them one was all ripped at the back and the breathing noise out of them is like something out a horror movie scarers the children more then calm them wouldn't recommend, can't send them back because it's over 14 days, every other shop has offered an extended Christmas return but not these.
