Absolutely faultless customer service…
Absolutely faultless customer service with clear passion and love for the animals in their care.
Excellent administration of all logistics as well as empathetic and skilled care for dogs and owners alike.
I whole-heartedly recommend Hugo & Hounds and really appreciate their attention to detail, flexibility, detailed written reports for each visit and live feedback photos on What’s App showing the whole experience that the dogs and the carers have.

Brilliant service!
So glad I found Hugo and Hounds. Amazing service and reasonably priced compared to other dog walkers. I highly recommend if you're worried about whose hands your leaving your dog in, you get picture and video updates and my pup is always having such a lovely time.

Wow! What can I say, absolutely fantastic. We chose The Ultimate 2 hour home visit package and we haven't looked back. We both have demanding jobs and work long hours so these visits make our lives so much easier. Our dog gets a good run around the garden playing fetch, toilet breaks, bath, brush, fed, fresh water and we come back to a clean house so the only thing we have to do after a long day is relax. Highly recommend
