Hugo & Hudson Limited Reviews

Excellent service, perfect coat for my dog, ordered the M40, great quality and super fast delivery.

Fantastic customer service, quick and responsive. Will purchase again and highly recommend for quality and value of the products.

Bought my dog a new harness at sale price. Easy to order, quick delivery. Really pleased with item.

Extremely happy with the quality of the products and the excellent price I received for buying the set of items instead of individually.

The accuracy of the sizing chart was excellent - everything fit my spindly necked, barrell chested Chihuahua perfectly.

Super fast and efficient service and delivery.

Great products and service every time. Fast delivery.

Having bought from Hugo & Hudson previously, and being very happy with their collars, they were our ‘go-to’ when the collars needed replacing (after a good length of time). The collar that we bought were of far inferior quality that they had previously supplied, looking very shabby after just a few weeks. We bought them in May 2023, and I emailed H&H in June, with accompanying photographs, voicing my dissatisfaction. As of today (25th August) I have not had a reply… hence this review. The quality of the products is only part of the experience, customer service is equally important, and, on this occasion, that has been severely lacking.

I purchased two high quality and unusual dog leads at an absolute bargain price.
The company provide an excellent service with up to date information at every stage of purchase, speedy despatch and follow up email to ensure customer satisfaction.
I would definitely buy from this business again. Thank you.

Easy website

The quality is outstanding for the harness and lead I ordered. So well made. Also the lead has a swivel lock which is so reassuring. The Customer service was great when I had a query. Items came very quickly. My dog looks beautiful in his new items. So pleased. I got them in the sale so I was lucky as was so reasonable.

Lovely quality, my Maltese looks lovely in all his matching stuff.

I would definitely give this company a five star review due to the outstanding quality of the items I have ordered for my puppy !! Ordering is easy and a very prompt delivery

Absolutely fantastic company. Their products are beautiful and their customer service is exceptional. All emails have been answered, even late at night.

I am so pleased to have found something wonderful

Not fit for purpose, very dissatisfied and disappointed with purchase. Customer service none existent and goes against trading standards for product quality and effectiveness of use for product description. Will never buy from this company again

Really happy, collars are gorgeous. I got them in sale however full price I would still buy them great quality and fast delivery thank you 😊

Sizing was confusing on Web Site so received wrong size. Have e mailed to request a refund so we can order another and no reply.

Quick delivery and fab harnesses - the only one I have found that my mini schnauzer can’t escape from!

Hugo and Hudson good quality dog coats. Well recommend. And good service.

Excellent company great prices , well made items , beautiful collars and dog coats lots to choose from , I love it and very quick delivery very efficient company

The worst service I have ever received from a company.
Waited two weeks for a delivery then get an email saying order is cancelled as out of stock! What it took you two weeks to work that out.
Poor poor service and a customer lost

I did manage to buy some collar-harness-leash set for my pup when he was younger/smaller. Great quality products but it is such a shame that if you own a large dog than they NEVER have everything available in the same design! Such a shame cos I would buy everything from them for my dog as the products are great.
