I faced significant delays and frustrations with Huion before the matter was resolved.
I purchased a product in May 2024 and returned it in June 2024 following Huion’s instructions. The refund process took over 13 months, which was a long and stressful wait.
After escalation, and many tries, Huion processed the refund and offered a Kamvas 13 pro tablet as compensation. I appreciate this resolution and hope future refunds can be handled more quickly.
I hope Huion improves their after-sales service so future customers don’t go through a similar experience.

Issues not fixed or replaced and emails ignored.
Had a problem with my kamvas pro 24 4k after 6 months, and have spent over 3 months trying to get it fixed. They ignored my emails for a while at the start, then responded saying they were sending me a new cable, they have now stopped replying to my emails. You would think with their 2 year warranty they would respect it but they haven't. Do not use them, absolute disgrace. This is just the europe website, not Huion's official site. I want a refund as I spent over €1000 on a tablet that doesn't work after 6 months.
