It was my first Umrah and we all were 7 people,our experience with Hujjaj Travels was the best one.
The driver was on time and was really friendly and professional,along that he told us about the special places on our way to Taif.

Really helpful and amazing team they are, with new vehicles and experienced drivers. We used their services while i was there with ny husband, my mother in law and my kid, for Ziyaraat and airport pickups, for almost all the rides we got the contact number if the driver one day before. Especially their Madinah Munawwarah Ziyaraat trip and Taif Ziyaraat was very detailed and the drivers were very knowledgeable like a complete guide.
If you are travelling with a family and want a safe ride, we highly recommend Hujjaj Travels.
Wonderfull experience, We contacted hujjaj travels on the same day we needed to travel from Makkah to Madinah. Their customer support team guided us completely and provided us with a latest model vehicle on the same day. The vehicle in neat & clean condition and the driver was very friendly and helpful, he helped us with thr luggages. We also did badr ziyarat on the way to Madinah from Makkah. The driver was very knowledgeable about the ziyaraat and explained it very deeply. My family was very happy with the services of hujjaj travels, fully recommended from our side.

Thank you Mr. Tariq (our driver from Madinah to Makkah from Hujjajtravels) for the wonderful ride. Our pickup time was 2:00 pm after zuhr prayer and the driver reached our hotel at sharp 1:50 PM. It took us a bit long to come to the car because we were busy wearing Ihram and we had kids with us but the driver waited outside the hotel patiently. He was English speaking so it was very easy to communicate with him. He offered us welcoming drinks as well and on top of that he was acting as a tour guide as well. Kids were asking him about the nearby mosques, mountains etc. He even took us to Shuhda e Uhud as we skipped it during our ziyaraat trip. We took a lunch break at Sassco and overall it was a quite impressive journey with Mr. Tariq. At the end of the ride, the HujjajTravel’s team contacted me and asked if everything went well. My remaining trips were with Hujjajtravels during this journey. I’ve been travelling to Saudia consecutively from last 5 years with my family and I’ve used all types of travel mediums for my transfers. After Harmain train, Hujjajtravels would be my first and foremost choice. They are a bunch of professional individuals with quality vehicles on their panel. May Allah bless them !!

One of a very friend recommended us to use Hujjaj Travels for transportation during our Umrah trip, so we bpoked an Hiace from them which was quot3 spacuious and have 10 seats and also accomodated all of our luggage. The driver was well on time and with latest models Hiace and alao was quite helpful in setring up luggage inside the vehicle. His driving was quite smooth and car smelled very nice , moreover during the journey we stopped for offering as Salaat and taking some snacks as well, very profeassional and amazing service. We definitely recommend their tranport services to everyone.

The experience was great the staff and management was very kind they handled my order very smoothly without any delay the driver was on time and they helped my father also it was a month ago that my father went to Saudia for umrah and mistakenly he misplaced he bag because the bus centre was to crowded and the bus was about to go the odds where stacked against him and he had to get on the bus he was in Taif and had to go on Makkah when he reached their he was very sad and worried that the bag had many important things including his MacBook that had many important data my dad called me a told everything I told it to my friends he works in a travel agency he recommend me a life saver Hujaj travellers,we immediately asked the rate and we didnt not expect these cheap rates on a long distance we confessed that we need a quick ride it was a bad weather like a thunder storm all the public taxies where cancelling my taxi but hujaj travellers sent a driver in less than 15 minutes when my dad saw the car he was amazed with the clean car and clean driver he drove all the way to Taif just to get our backpack because of the MacBook we could easily locate the location and the driver went in the storm and went alone to get my dads backpack and brought it I am true ly grateful what hujaj travelers has done for us the driver and the company deserve a good tip my dad insisted to tip the driver but he refused he was very kind and also he carried my dads heavy backpacks up to the building amazing experience I recommend them to everyone try them and you will see the result yourself 10/10

The customer service is very good but the company has no quality control on the cars they rent. The first car I got was good, the second was bad with poor air conditioning in a temperature more than 40 degrees celesies out side. I believe the company does not own the cars they use but they use a drivers network.
You can get lucky with a good car or unlucky, like me, with a bad one
