Salam Alykum. Thank you for shopping with Hujjat Bookshop. As your large order was delivered outside the UK, shipping costs which is based on weight may seem high, though we do subsidise them. These costs are shown before payment, and our fair book prices can make shipping appear disproportionate.
Your order was dispatched the next working day after purchase. A two-day delay when your order reached the USA and four weekend days meant delivery took just 5 working days, Alhamdulillah.
We’re glad you enjoyed the complimentary book. Please keep our non-profit, volunteer-run bookshop in your prayers.
Quality
The books with hardcover bindings are amazing — I didn’t expect them to be made so well.
As for the content of the books, there’s nothing to complain about. The prices are reasonable, and I hope they stay that way, in shā’ Allāh

Good Experience
It was good, they even provided a gift along with complimentary informational cards. However one complaint I do have is that on the delivery arriving, I was charged duties/tariff payment by the fedex worker. So I would recommend adding an explicit message on the ordering section on the website, where it would tell the user that possible extra charges may be applied upon delivery. There may have been a message on the website that said this, but I may have not seen it. That says enough as it should be something the user is definitely aware of because they should know about any extra possible charges.
