I ordered two items from Hukgear.com

I ordered two items from Hukgear.com. I ordered them because they said they would ship within the time frame I needed. I got in touch with them to inquire and assure that the delivery would be on time. (The only way to communicate is by “chat”). The question was friendly, no pressure but the associate was somehow offended. They cut and paste their reply. Basically, “you get it when you get it.” They can take 5-20 days unless you pay for expedited shipping. To say the least I was disappointed. Two hours later they were at my mailbox. 😖. I’m happy about that but, it shows that they have NO idea as to where their merchandise is. They need to employ respectful associates. Oh, by the way there are NO refunds or cancellation of orders.
