Great experience using the service. It was easy to communicate with the team, the roadmap provided was really helpful - including all necessary documents and tickets sent out with easy access.
The process of getting Hulah to plan the trip, getting the best deals and options, so I could focus on the enjoying part, was awesome!

We booked our holiday in Greece with Hulah and had the best experience! If you're anything like me and hate the planning part of travelling, Hulah is a life saver! Fifi (our guru!) was so easy to deal with and found a way to accommodate all of our wishes, while staying within our budget. The platform worked really well and we stayed in amazing places - that we definitely want to go back to!
No brainer, we'll be using Hulah all the time!

Due to a bereavement my family and I had to book emergency flights and accommodation in order to attend my grandfathers funeral.
We booked through Hulah and they took a weight off our shoulders, they arranged flights, accommodations, transport and even medical insurance for a family of 5 at short notice.
They remained patient and helpful when we changed accommodation on more then one occasion and were always contactable via email or whassap.
I would like to thank them for all there help and would definitely recommend them to friends.

We recently booked a trip to Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia through Hulah. Jamie was our travel guru and he worked hard to create an exciting itinerary for us, including the different stops we requested and reservations at interesting hotels. An absolute wonderful experience! We booked our honeymoon with Hulah in March 2017. Hulah looked after us every step of the way, from the initial email, to the changes we made about our dates and destinations and even a reminder of what documents to print just before the trip.

Had the best experience with Hulah for our honeymoon! From start to finish, they were the most helpful in every aspect. It was such a relief knowing we had Fifi to support us if anything went wrong (not that it did as Hulah were so organised!) They listened to all of our requests and although we were a bit fussy, Hulah were still so helpful. I absolutely loved the PDFs they designed to lay out all of the important details of our honeymoon, things to do, and the checklists we needed to tick off! Thank you Hulah for being so patient with our needs and ensuring we had the best honeymoon we could ever have! Will definately be using their services again for the future!

Can I have Hulah for every aspect of my life? Solid customer experience. Surprised at speed guru managed to find my options (within 24 hours). The extra info about free luggage was great. As I usually get tricked into 'cheap' flights that turn very expensive with all the add-ons. Not with Hulah.

Absolute winner.

Excellent service it took a great stress off my head having someone organise for me.

Hulah were great with providing multiple options for a camping trip over Easter with a breakdown of the costs etc.

I would recommend highly to people who were looking to plan a stress free holiday.

Small issue was there were a few questions we needed answered last minute which they were unable to come back to us on and we were also unable to get in touch with the camp site.

We appreciate the detailed response and definitely enjoyed our trip with the planning which Hulah offered.

Extremely helpful and friendly, Hulah were able to arrange an extremely last minute package for us to Dubai (literally as we were in the departure lounge of the airport!) They not only provided a number of different options to consider but also trusted us and made the payment to the hotel on our behalf as we were boarding our flight. Although the hotel we chose was not exactly what we were expecting, Hulah provided us a partial refund as a lovely gesture for the inconvenience caused by the hotel - something we were not expecting at all! Great service all round and highly recommend. Thanks Hulah!

I really enjoyed using Hulah. The agent was great and very efficient and polite. She listened to all of my requests even when I changed my mind. She showed me loads of options and I feel like I can have my ideal holiday. They are very quick and full of information. And I love how clear everything is - no hidden costs or nasty surprises. After planning a large scale wedding (with numerous events pre and post wedding) the only thing I wanted more than ever was to get away from it all and go on holiday..... honeymoon to be precise. However the LAST thing I wanted was to plan, research, book and follow up on numerous holiday packages and destinations.

Our saviour! It was as simple as asking for a destination (Mauritius), requesting what you want from the holiday (tranquility and relaxation on a beach) and a budget..... and they made it happen!
Fefe Kara from Hulah created beautiful packages with a variety of resorts, each and everyone better than the rest. Included were 'straight to the point' facts of the resort, services and location. The only hard part of it was choosing the resort, purely because they were all so wonderful!

The service was so easy, they covered everything from booking the flights, resort and transfers.
