I initially bought three units and encountered an issue with one. After sending a short video explaining the problem, the company promptly replaced it—no hassle. Their customer service was exceptional, and they stood firmly behind their warranty. That experience earned my trust, and since then, I’ve exclusively purchased their products.
To date, I’ve bought five chargers: two 1A, two 5A, and one 10A. All perform flawlessly, with sleek designs and reliable results. It’s truly a “plug and forget” solution.
Needs a Insulated Bag!
I’ve had my Hulkman 85 for a year. Keep it in my Truck. I have a Calender note yearly to check & charge it. Temps getting closer to freezing overnight. Charger was cold to the touch & when I tried charging it got a error code. Paperwork says it won’t work below 45! After heating it up it charged just fine. Was at 91% and took less than 15 min to get to 100%. Now I’ll have to keep in Indoors during the Winter months. Looking for a insulated bag too see if it can keep it warm enough to due its job! Keep it room temp or it may not work when you need it during Winter months.

I received a hulkman 85s(portable jump-starter) from them on 03/04/2022...I opened it, and inspected the parts one by one as I removed them...unfortunately, I noticed markings(scratches/scuffs/scrapes) by ports and mainly on the a/c adapter...I contacted them w/pic proof and the best solution I could receive was to waste my time sending it back so they could replace it...yet, there is no guarantee that the "replacement" would be better...per their policies, even for warranty claims, a "refurbished" replacement is used when available...which shows another company doing the minimum to save themselves money...what's also funny(ironic), is that for every return/warranty claim, they "inspect" the items at the warehouse(to cover themselves)...yet, for NEW orders, they apparently do not...and even had the customer service rep claim those "damages" occured while "testing" the product(at the warehouse)...which basically means, I was sent a used adapter...so beware when dealing w/a company like this, and know their policies before ordering...and realize a company like this will put themselves before the customer...and like myself, you would have wasted time(more important to me) and money on a product that doesn't even adhere to their own policies.
