Difficult company to deal with.

Difficult company to deal with.
Purchased a “Dynbox”, problems from the start with slow delivery. It arrived damaged (& I wasn’t impressed with the quality). Communication to arrange a return and a refund was extremely slow and frustrating. They use a chat (no email) function which they simply do not respond too.
I only got my money back by threatening, given it was 4-5 weeks after I received the item, to make a credit card claim. And they have still not been touch… no return confirmation or anything.. just money back on my card. Very poor customer care attitude.
I would recommend you purchase elsewhere if you want any after sales service.

Thank you for the good service, Product order and description require a description. The only minus is the shipping company used by the company (PostNord). Their service should be used with reservation.

This company is a nightmare and a…

This company is a nightmare and a scam.I’ve order a Brafab Keeper box and they send me a fake box from the brand Keter. When I’ve complained they wanted me to pay for a return of a fake product. They also claimed that it’s the same as I had ordered. They agreed in the end that I could return the box free of charge. It arrived back to them over a week ago but still, my return haven’t been processed.

Old-fashioned service

One of the items I wanted to buy was, as if turned out, out of stock - but I could still add it to the basket and pay for it.
To pick up the shopping, I had to write to the service department if I could pick it up - there was no email about this.
And the pick-up was so old fashioned : first, you go to the store to get a printout of your order, and with the printout- you go to the warehouse.
Too much time for the customer spent on bureaucracy.
