Difficult company to deal with.
Purchased a “Dynbox”, problems from the start with slow delivery. It arrived damaged (& I wasn’t impressed with the quality). Communication to arrange a return and a refund was extremely slow and frustrating. They use a chat (no email) function which they simply do not respond too.
I only got my money back by threatening, given it was 4-5 weeks after I received the item, to make a credit card claim. And they have still not been touch… no return confirmation or anything.. just money back on my card. Very poor customer care attitude.
I would recommend you purchase elsewhere if you want any after sales service.
