Super helpful team! Quality you can trust. The chair I have was hand me down in my office but their team helped me replace parts to bring it back to looking new.

Overpriced, poor assembly and manufacturing; that's all I can say about this chair after two weeks of usage. I got the Freedom Headrest, and now the screws are falling apart from the headrest. There is a squeak when I recline because the metal bars on the back of the chair are rubbing together. The headrest keeps sliding down from the top position, so you will have to adjust it constantly. Also, the headrest moves forward when reclining, which forces your head into a forward posture. I do not recommend this chair if you have cervical pain.

Oh boy. Don't trust what they say on their website. Bought a QuickStand Eco, Single Monitor, Black - SE (QSE2SMB). Placed the order on September 2nd because on their website, they were falsely advertising: "Orders of 5 units or less ship in two business days". On September 9th, they informed me that the shipment was scheduled for October 10th!!! They claimed the materials for building what they promised it was going to ship in two business days was unavailable and there was nothing they could do about it. Today, October 9th I received noticed that my order will now ship November 17th. 2+ months AFTER INITIAL ORDER PLACEMENT. They took my money right away, promised 2 business day shipping, and I don't know when they will ship the order. BTW, I just checked their website, and they are still falsely advertising "Orders of 5 units or less ship in two business days". DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE GETTING CONFIRMATION FROM A REP THAT THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT. This is a scam.

I had a 10% coupon code but upon trying to use it the system reported it was not valid for this order.

It was difficult for me to find how to order replacement parts for keyboards that we have in our office. Humanscale support sent me a link to the part I needed and that worked well.

Somehow, I thought it should have been easier. I should have been able to locate what I needed on my own. Perhaps it was my lack of ability to find it on my own.
