After more than twenty years of fighting severe bouts of depression, stress and anxiety and of working with several other mental health councilors, I finally stumbled across Human Sense and Dom. The main difference is in the approach. Most councilors will pretty much sit in silence and hope that you can recover those deep rooted problems yourself and for you to then workout how to overcome them. Dom is very interactive and there have been times when he has made suggestions that have given me incredible clarity of an inner problem and then later on he has given me the tools of dealing with them. I am not fully recovered but my pace of improvement has been more rapid than at any other time over that twenty plus year period and for the first time during that period am I starting to enjoy life and it’s many pleasures. I would certainly recommend Human Sense and thank you Dom for your help in getting me to where I am. The final thing I would say is that I appreciate the flexibility of Zoom appointments.
