Ali was amazing. He understood the problem, offered common sense solutions and options and arranged for an engineer to come the same day. The engineer was brilliant, professional, kind and went out of his way to give us the information we needed to make a decision. He carried out his work neatly and efficiently. My mum was very happy. Urgent job to replace some Cat5e network cable from house to garden room that had failed.
Arrived promptly, on time and rang beforehand to let me know on the way. Conscientious, friendly and professional throughout.
Price was reasonable for job and would not hesitate to call upon again for anything CCTV, satellite or network related.
I own several properties and contacted a few Aerial fitters who failed to make the appointments. I am very happy with service from Humber Satellite. I contacted them yesterday and arranged an appointment for today. Arrived on time, fitted new aerial and cable to living room, no mess and very efficient, great value and service. Highly recommended. I contacted Humber satellite at 8:30am, they responded at 8:45 and arranged to come and visit me. They arrived at 9:55, and gave me excellent advice and guidance. They fixed my existing dish and set up another for what I wanted/needed.
